The professionalism of the staff was amazing. I made a mistake, which I acknowledged, yet they still insisted on making it up to me.
The room was great, as was the food. Very glad we chose to stay here.

Wifi was intermittent in our rom. Desk clerk Treasurely tried to help us and eventually gave us a new room. She was very helpful as were all the employees.

Check in was good, cleaning staff was very good and friendly. The pool area was useless, water wasn’t warm and the floor was literally crumbling. The room was comfortable and clean. No plans to go back to the area but I’d stay somewhere else.

The pool area needs work! All the concrete is chipping away and it hurts to walk around. It sticks to your feet. Breakfast is 10.00 - it’s the exact same as free continental breakfast. Save your $$. Beds were comfortable - room was spotless! Service staff is fantastic.

They helped us in the storm. I think we got the last room. The lady that checked us in helped us get in the reward program and to amend our reservation. She was really nice . Their power had even been out and the doors weren’t working and they had to run out there to let everyone in. The only complaint was that our room needed cleaning. I think I heard they had been using for staff that had to stay over. So that was understandable and we were just glad to get a room .

The cleaning staff were the nicest I’ve seen but the kitchen staff weren’t the nicest as I’d not been told I had to have a ticket for the below sub par breakfasts. Tried to charge me $20 for chewy eggs and hard as a rock biscuits. Didn’t even bother with the last day’s “free” breakfast. The door to the room didn’t have a strike plate which essentially made my room accessible to anyone with a credit card to pop the latch. The barn door to the bathroom was so sticky my wife couldn’t even open it on her own if it closed all the way. The tv was locked down to where you couldn’t enter the tv channel or even see what channel you were on. The ac said it was set to 66 and never got below 72ish. The biggest issue by far is the atrocity of the $20”breakfast”. I’ve been to super 8s with better breakfast. I do want to give a seriously positive review though on the cleaning staff. I encountered them three times and they were all some of the nicest people I’ve ran into in the many hotels I’ve been to. To give some credit to the room though, I did not mention the issues with the room until checkout because I didn’t want maintenance to be in the room without me there.
