The deluxe Suite was clean. The room also had a great TV with the possibility of Netflix and amazon prime. The AC was working well. The room service was nice.

The rooms were dirty there was mold on the air conditioner. There were no towels in either room. The key didn’t work so we didn’t have a key the 1st day! And we were locked out from the entire hotel when coming back from dinner

Our guide had reserved a room with two beds for my friend and me. At check in we were told the only room had a large bed. When we got to the room, there was only one towel and there was a pair of dirty socks on the closet floor. Also, there was no one to help with luggage. We left immediately.

Convenient location with made to order breakfast, street parking available in the neighborhood.

Everything was good except the bad smell coming out of the toilets. The flush system does not work well and there is a continuous bad smell, they need to solve this issue. It makes the mood of a person very bad to smell that.

Good location, plenty of restaurants within 5min walk, very friendly staff. BUT, upon my arrival on the first night, the hotel was overbooked and did not have a room for me despite my reservation. This was very annoying after a days travel and being very tired. However, they did find me an alternative hotel for the night and arranged my transfers. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

Reclamação da péssima experiência com reserva de alojamento No dia 25, fiz uma reserva no hotel my loft anfa em Casablanca, baseando-me em fotos que prometiam um local agradável. Ao chegar, deparei-me com apenas um porteiro, sem rececionista, sem sistema informático funcional e incapaz de comunicar em francês ou inglês. Para agravar a situação, foi solicitado um pagamento em dinheiro, contrariando o método de pagamento previamente efetuado através da plataforma e-dreams. Após uma espera de uma hora, fui encaminhado para outro hotel por outro funcionário, onde, apesar do check-in feito (saliento novamente, noutro hotel da cadeia da loft ) deparei-me com condições de higiene inadequadas. As 2h00 da manhã tentamos obter ajuda através do suporte da e-dreams, e passado uma hora desta tentativa de pedido de ajuda foi-nos dito que lamentavam toda a situação e não apresentaram qualquer solução ou tentativa de solução. Esta experiência extremamente desagradável com o hotel Loft, aliada à falta de suporte da e-dreams, motiva a minha formal exigência de reembolso por um serviço que não foi usufruído. Serviço muito mau. No desfecho desta situação, vimo-nos compelidos a encontrar outra unidade hoteleira para pernoitar. Em resumo, não apenas paguei por um serviço que não usufruí, como também tive de desembolsar por um segundo hotel para garantir uma noite de descanso. ESTE HOTEL É UM GRANDE NÃO!

Hôtel HORRIBLE , UNE VRAIE CATASTROPHE et LITIGE ET DECEPTION SONT ASSURÉS Très grande déception et trop trop loin d'un 4* !!! La clim ne marche pas, à part son bruit ! Le ménage est inexistant, fuite d'eau dans la chambre et personne ne bouge pendant les 5 jours d'hébergement ! Le PDJ est loin d'être un petit déjeuner d'un hôtel 1* ! Partez et sans laisser de trace !
