What a beautiful hotel! Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is great. They make amazing masala tea! Close and safe and secure walk to Baga beach (hotel is basically on the beach) Nice swimming pool! Close to everything shopping related! Lovely live music on some evenings! Would live here for a long-stay!

Amazing hotel, close to the beach and restaurants. Staff go above and beyond great entertainment too. Have stayed several times and already booked for 2025. Rooms cleaned every day if required. Very central to all amenities, very welcoming every where you go.

My experience with Hotel ***agement was disappointing. Despite paying a hefty rent of INR 5250 per day for just breakfast, the hotel ***agement lacked flexibility in other areas. For instance, their strict policy of not allowing cotton clothes in the swimming pool was unreasonable. When questioned, the ***ager mentioned concerns about cotton clothes affecting the pool water, but failed to explain how. The pool attendants were also rude and lacked basic ***ners when dealing with customers, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the buffet dinner priced at INR 900 per person was exorbitant, and I believe the ***agement should reconsider this pricing strategy. Overall, there are several areas where the hotel ***agement needs to improve for a better customer experience.

1st time at the colonial Santa Marie and was very very happy with our stay, lovely hotel set in its own oasis, very easy access to the beach. Rooms very spacious and kept clean by our cleaner John and his staff. Small free safe and a lovely cold fridge, air conditioner very good and it was needed every night. 2 bottles of water daily. Stayed bed and breakfast, the food was always lovely and plenty of choice, great egg station . Ate a couple of times on an evening with our free tui vouchers, karaoke nights very popular food on an evening was superb , preet the maitre di was a lovely guy and kept everything running very smoothly, the bar staff and waiting staff were so friendly and attentive, Big shout out to Sunil the hotel taxi driver he’s was so informative on our trips out with him and also a very reasonable price. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again, everyone was so polite and helpful and the grounds were kept immaculate

Just got back from the CSM. Its perfectly positioned with Baga rd 100 yds one way and its right on the beach the other. Excellent friendly staff .3 litres of water everyday in your fridge plus free tea and coffee. Plus 6000 rs off of your meals in the restaurant. Very reasonable top quality food . Popular food theme nights with entertainment. And Preet, the very approachable boss overseeing the operation. Its got two pools , one at the side of the bar. The other one s much smaller and quieter. The beach is about 5 mins walk from the reception. We chose Bobby's beach cafe . Great set of lads and lasses and the foods fantastic. The other way goes down CSM rd which has jewelry shops , a couple of decent bars , Fire and ice which is very popular restaurant plus a money changer and a fantastic little shop run by an affable Indian lady who speaks excellent English and she stocks absolutely every 😀. All in all the CSM is easily the best hotel we ve been in of our 7 visits to Goa.

Probably the 10th time I’ve stayed here. You couldn’t handpick a better location, with its own entrance onto the beach. It’s at the end of CSM lane, which has nice bars and restaurants. We love the hustle and bustle of Baga, yet you’re only a short taxi ride away from Calangute and Candolim. Rooms are comfortable and are kept clean by the great staff. A special shout out to the lovely Suzette. If you do have a problem, then she will help you out. Also, a shout out to our favourite waiters (Martin and Neville), although they’re all very good. Thanks. Ian and Maggie.

The COLONIA SANTA MARIA.BAGA is a fantastic location 4mins to the beach 4min hustle and bustle of main *****..The staff are polite helpful and very professional...The reception staff. Went above and beyond to help me. So Lourdes and Suzette, thank you again..To all the staff, you're brilliant and we'll be back in the year.

Had an excellent three weeks stay at the Colonia Santa Maria hotel. The location and the gardens were relaxing, well maintained and peaceful. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful from the domestic, reception, waiting staff to the guards and the ***ager. The food was excellent and plentiful and we enjoyed the breakfast with masala tea everyday. We would love to go back to CSM very soon. Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful.

Lovely hotel, with accommodation in two storey white buildings surrounded by pretty gardens and trees. Two pools with sun lounges and parasols always available. All staff very friendly and willing to help . Restaurant has a varied menu, frequent special nights, with entertainment. Waiters amazing especially Krishna and Neville , thank you so much for looking after us. Bedrooms good , fridge, kettle, mugs and hairdryer in room., we did find the pillows hard, our only complaint. Room cleaned daily by wonderful Rahoul , clean towels and bottles of water, tea and coffee suppled if needed. Whole complex kept very clean.. The hotel has direct access to the fabulous beach with lots of beach bars. We had a super holiday here, weather perfect.
