Excellent as always! Very nice staff specially Steph and Kasper. I would come back for sure!

The room was very dated, and run down and unbearably hot. The bathroom felt grubby and unclean. I also had some kind of bug present in the bath. (photo's below) I alerted reception to this who referred it to guest services. They called me after my stay to offer me a discount/upgrade if I wanted to re-book. They informed me they are silver fish which are not harmful, regardless it does not make you feel that the room is clean. Clear to say I do not wish to stay at a grubby hotel again.

Best Hotel I have stayed in. Plus reasonable price. Fabulous breakfast. Bonus- free use of swimming pool,sauna ,steam room and gym just across the road as it is by Aston University ( sports centre). It's definitely a plus

Hotel is situated within the university grounds complex - unbeknown to us it was graduation week so they were hundreds of students and their parents celebrating their achievements it was a wonderful site to see. The hotel was a stone throw away from the city centre so there were lots of things to see do and eat. A fantastic choice

It is located with the campus and there is a Tesco nearby. The staff is friendly and room is clean.

The location is good, not far away from the new street railway station. About 15minuyes walk. It is located in the Aston Uni. It is really quiet and safe. The room is really clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great with various foods to be chosen.

I’ve stayed at the Aston Conference Hotel a few times and it is always top notch. The rooms have always been excellent, spotless, comfy beds and quiet rooms. The service is faultless, everyone is lovely ands helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, I usually just have the continental option and the choice of cereal, extras like seeds and dried fruit/nuts is brill, not to mention the fruit and the pastries which are fab. Highly recommend. Looking forward to staying here again later this year!

Conference Aston Hotel in Birmingham offers a great stay with a fantastic breakfast, super easy check-in and check-out, and incredibly friendly staff. Would definitely recommend ! Thank you Melanie , super kind at reception when on our way out ! X

Great place to stay. Very comfortable room and bed. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Let me store my bike in the luggage storage room.

Good location, clean hotel. Decent breakfast with a good selection of food.

As a 4 star hotel, you would expect a box of tissues in your room.  The bath was too high and not easy to get in and out.  The room was located a libby of the floor, lots of doors shutting nouse disturbed me.  The room was extremely small even though I booked it for 2 and was on my own.

Hotel was clean just a bit of dust on the headboard and the sink needed a wipe over but other than that fairly clean. Nice location and staff are friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The place was nice and clean. The only inconvenience was an additional charge for the car park. I would think that there will be at least some discount for guests yet had to pay 19£ for a night. There is a swimming pool but you have to book it in advance ,either on some app or make a phone call ,which I found bizarre.
