📍 19 Holliday St, Birmingham

"The front desk staff were very friendly and polite, even asking whether we preferred a low or high floor. The view from the high floor was amazing, and having breakfast while soaking up the sun was such a relaxing and pleasant experience."

📍 Aston St, Birmingham

"It’s a nice hotel with so much potential, but the place is just a mess, there’s too much going on with out any coordination. Walking endlessly to get to your room, lifts don’t go on the floor. Walking some more to find another lift. The showers are awful, you can’t move in them You can’t fit them and I’m slim. And he was constantly randomly dripping all night waking"

📍 Smallbrook Queensway, Birmingham

"The service at the reception was unkind, unprofessional and unpleasant. How can you keep someone waiting at the counter without even as much as acknowledging their presence? No apology, just a stern request for “last name”. It was annoying, but I wasn’t going to let some disgruntled employees ruin my day. Do better."

"Everything was good apart from the out of service windows in the room. It couldn't be shut properly and effectively let in all the noise and wind even spiders. The very good quality curtains are helpful, though, to be fair."

Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre ★★★★
Sangat direkomendasikan."

Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham ★★★★
"The room felt like it had a superficial facelift; it's an old building trying to look new. The location is very central, and parking on the street next to the hotel is free at night, but the hotel's own parking is overpriced. It's a basic breakfast, and there was no air conditioning during the hottest days. The lifts are old and take a long time to arrive. However, for Birmingham, it's actually quite decent. There are a lot of UK business travelers. It's close to The Rep theatre."

Lea Marston Hotel ★★★★
"I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again."
