Ulasan GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive

The staff were very helpful, but the hotel app wasn't working, which was inconvenient. I wanted to change a restaurant reservation, but when I canceled it, I couldn't make another reservation. It was an all-inclusive resort, but I didn't realize there was a limit to the number of restaurant reservations I could make until I got there. I ended up eating most of my meals at the buffet, which was boring. Also, when I called to request laundry, no one answered the phone.

Not worth the money for an All Inclusive, not much foods options at the buffet.

We have been to the GR Solaris Cancun All Inclusive 3 times in the past all excellent this visit the same excellent.

We liked this hotel, ocean view and entertainments. Friendly staff.

Pésimo servicio, no respetaron mi reserva, tuve que pagar adicional por una habitación con jacuzzi que mo pude utilizar porque habían cucarachas y además personal trabajando en la terraza que no me daba intimidad

部屋も清潔で広く過ごしやすかったです。またスタッフの方も良かったです。但しレストランの予約が取れず、結果的に毎日予約不要のビュッフェになってしまったのが残念です。またビュッフェについては美味しいものもありましたが逆に口に合わないものもやや多かった印象です。

酒店就在海邊🏝️，有4個餐廳，就是晚飯時間開放。早上和午餐都是自助餐。服務很好，食物還可以。

일단 가격대비 있을거 다있고 방컨디션도 괜찮았어요 체크인 전에도 이용가능했고 바다랑 연결되어있어서 보러가기 좋았습니다. 식당의 종류는 조금 아쉬운편이었습니다
