"This hotel is in a safe area and doesn't offer all-inclusive. I was out on tours all day, so I really only used it for sleeping. Amenities include shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The hairdryer had great power, which was a huge plus. They provide two bottles of water daily; additional bottles cost extra, so I'd recommend heading to the supermarket for more. If you're in a hurry, you can get free water at the gym on the 4th floor. Toothbrushes and other similar items aren't provided. The pool is quite shallow, though I didn't actually use it. There's a large supermarket nearby, so I'd advise using that. There's no kitchen, so self-catering isn't an option."

The pools are nice, but the gym is too small."

"The stay was overall okay. There is a pool and direct access to the beach, which is convenient. However, the service is very poor. There is no proper room cleaning, and no one brings water or replaces towels. You basically have to handle everything yourself. On top of that, the staff doesn’t speak English, which makes things even more difficult. It’s fine for a short stay of a couple of days, but if you’re planning to stay longer, it can become quite uncomfortable. Also, the room is equipped with things like a coffee machine, toaster, and even a juicer. There’s even a stove, but no kettle — which honestly makes no sense. The whole setup feels very strange."

"What a waste of money. We arrived around 2pm and were excited to grab some food and then head to the beach. However the only food was an assortment of finger foods like chicken nuggets and hot dogs, unless you opted for the chicken tacos…which were literally a crappy tortilla with a (and I’m not exaggerating) small chicken wing placed in it. Yes, that’s right. A bone in chicken wing placed on a tortilla is considered appropriate at this place. Insane. The beach was decent, but was riddled with sargassum but that’s not entirely the resort’s fault. They seemed to try to get rid of it. The customer service was really bad. Not only were the staff mostly rude or dismissive, we couldn’t reach the front desk when calling from our room, making room service impossible. The phone would ring once and say “please call again later”. This happened in the evenings and in the morning as well. The buffet was decent. Plenty of options. I gave a poor score for “cleanliness” since we saw spilled drinks on our floor near other rooms even with limes next to them, and they weren’t cleaned up for over 24 hours. If you’re only looking for a decent location and don’t care about food quality or customer service, this might be the place for you. Honestly, there are so many better options in Cancun and playa. Please don’t waste your time or money here."

"- as soon as I got the the property there were issues with loud fridge, basic rooms don’t have balconies even though she on photos - got moved and upgraded new room had bugs and cockroaches, on top of that had a glass stove cover exploded in my face and the management was absolutely terrible at dealing with this and threatened me! - dogs barking… hardly slept. Was not a relaxing stay by any means - closest shop around 15 min walk, beach 20 min -beautiful view but the place has teething issues, so book at your own risk. I wouldn’t return."

Constantly pointing out that you are not on the meal plan. So getting things as simple as a morning coffee or a drink at the swim up bar is borderline frustrating. This hotel is located in an isolated part of the hotel zone so expect to catch a bus or taxi to the more lively places for food and activities. Great beach, nice pools and and clean upscale rooms"

"The hotel is minimalistic, feeling more like three residential buildings converted into a hotel. Aside from the polite staff at the front desk and buffet, other staff members weren't very courteous! The paths at night were unlit, and I was scolded by a staff member for using my phone's flashlight! If you're on a lower floor or near the elevators, it's incredibly noisy at night. There are no evening shows, only two swimming pools. The sushi at the buffet is definitely not something a true Japanese person would eat! At the other Italian restaurant, we had to wait a long time for dinner! I won't be going back! There are many other options, and it's not worth the price!"
