This hotel is about what you would expect from a 3-star property. The location is very good, right in the city center, which is convenient. However, it feels a bit overpriced for the quality. The hotel is quite old and shows signs of wear and deterioration. During my stay, most of the guests were Indian, and it was very noisy most of the time, with people talking loudly and shouting in the hallways, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, acceptable for the location, but the value for money could be better

Consequently, I recommend a comprehensive review and potential restructuring of our hotel staff.

The experience was gud. The hotel location was excellent nearby to walking street and lots of Indian restaurant available the hotel ambience was nice with very gud buffet breakfast and gud swimming pool . The rooms were very cozy and overall had a gud experience and enjoyed the stay.

The location is great ! It's just a stone throw to the walking street and the pier to the outer island ! Best of all the hotel is located on the way out to the Jontiem Beach without pass through the traffic jam! Hotel provides a decent breakfast just wish they have a better quality coffee ! Rooftop swimming is a plus it offers some quiet and privacy which is a needed in a busy noisy town like Pattaya ! I enjoyed my stay would come back again !

I had a wonderful stay at Sun Xclusive Hotel. The rooms were clean, hygienic, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. A special thank you to Namtam for being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!
