Ulasan Hotel Atlantico Star

Great location. Only 5 minutes walking to the beach. I stayed 3 night at this hotel. Toilet had problem since day 1 and got poorly fixed. I had to fix it on my own after waiting for hours and no one showed up to fix it once again. Housekeeper didn’t clean our room at all. I don’t recommend this location!

Los ascensores son eternos, casi perdi el vuelo por el exceso de demora de los mismos. Desayuno rico, piscina bien, los cuartos están bien y me solucionaron rápido el inconveniente que tuve. Cerca de la playa, con todo cerca.

Achei um absurdo eles quere cobra taxa de serviço Pedir uma batata eles queria combro taxa isso é errado Só pq troquei uma coca minha pela deles só pq era zero ela mim cobro e ainda ficou com minha coca aproveitadores.

Hotel que ha quedado en el tiempo pero con variado y muy buen desayuno, habitación grande, baño cómodo y hermosísima terraza. Deberían modernizar las habitaciones y el desayunador.

Gosto bastante de me hospedar neste hotel, sou muito bem atendida e acolhida . Tudo muito arrumado, e café da amanhã muito bem servido

I will keep it simple… Positive : busy streets, a lots of options to eat and shop, good location not far from the beach Breakfast was decent. Negative : it was a busy time of the year. We found that the receptionist were not friendly, English is not a common language for them ! Communication was hard (we speak more than 5 languages). The hotel is very old. The room had mold near the bathroom, faucet leaks, internet connection was bad, TV didn’t have any working channels! The sheets were to small for the double beds.

Well the hotel is a bit old, but still convenient to stay. Also a varied breakfast every day would be attractive. Overall I would rate the property as appropriate as it is not far from the copacabana beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants.

There was blood stains on the bedding sheets, and the bed itself was quite uncomfortable, air conditioning didn’t work well, toilet was clogged. The Breakfast was really great, surprisingly so. The ONLY good thing about my stay at this hotel.

It's not up to your typical US hotel standards... but you're not in the US. It met our needs. It was reasonably clean, and the food was great. Wonderful location.

Great hotel helpful staff great rooms enjoyed my stay will stay again.

We asked for towels and they didn’t have any. Is that possible?. They moved us to a different room due to toilets issues. Management was rude.
