"The front desk staff were discriminatory towards Chinese guests. I booked a sea-view room, but when I got to the room, the window was completely blocked by a building – absolutely no sea view! Who puts up with this nonsense?! I immediately went down to demand a proper sea-view room. The front desk insisted it was the last room available. What was the point of paying extra for a sea view then???? Can anyone relate? I arrived in the middle of the night and had to argue. Finally, because I stood my ground, they eventually switched me to a sea-view room. Excuse me??? Are you trying to trick people?!"

The air conditioning leaked. The delay in changing rooms caused me to lose 3 hours. The phone service and room service delivery were slow. Overall, a poor experience, which led to this low rating."
