The experience was really well and enjoyable , especially the receptionists were extremely friendly and the staff was quick with anything that my friends and I needed

The location is perfect nearby KAFD, this is my first time in Centro Waha, the service is great, the hotel is clean and quiet. The status are friendly.

Excelent hospitality.

The room is clean. The view is nice. The bed is not comfortable.

Good and quiet hotel, has good and various breakfast and good internet. The only point that the hotel must fix the parking barrier, it doesn’t work by the card, therefore, you have to wait few minutes till the noticed you through the CCTV camera.

Clean and sanitary, recommended choice, this hotel is ok, the environment is ok, the network needs to be improved, other things are ok, someone cleans in the morning, the waiter is nice

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with rich breakfast, quiet environment, not far from the city, the hotel staff are warm and polite, and the stay is good. I like this simple hotel

The hardware is about the same level as the Four Seasons, but the service is very good, the breakfast is good, and the dinner is very average.

The very best 4 stars hotel in Riyadh.... I spent many months every year there for many years now and it is actually...my second home! The people working there are really good: professional, kind and always available to solve any problem one might have... And their pastas are almost as good as the italian ones!

everything went so well; location, staff, cleanliness, parking, facilities... was our second visit to the same hotel and for sure not the last. from the recipetinist I really would like to thank the staff for their kindness and support during checkin and checkout. I recently stayed at Centro Waha Rotana in Riyadh, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After a long flight from the U.S. (over 24 hours), I arrived at the hotel with a reservation made by a local friend under his name to simplify the booking process. Despite this, the staff refused to allow me to stay in the room, citing unclear reasons and creating unnecessary complications. I even tried to resolve the issue by requesting separate reservations for myself and my friend, but they still denied my stay. Throughout the ordeal, the staff was unprofessional, rude, and made me feel unwelcome. In particular, Abdulrahman Alotabi was extremely disrespectful and made the entire experience much worse. The way I was treated was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to uphold high hospitality standards. What made this experience even more disappointing is knowing that Saudi Arabia is known for welcoming tourists with exceptional hospitality and customer service. It’s sad to see such behavior at a hotel in a country that prides itself on providing visitors with the best experience. Unfortunately, Centro Waha Rotana failed to reflect this spirit of hospitality. They even went as far as to follow me around the premises, which was invasive and unsettling. Ultimately, I was asked to leave the hotel. This experience left me feeling humiliated and upset. I cannot recommend Centro Waha Rotana based on this appalling treatment.
