Hotel was very expensive.
Good location.
Michelin star restaurant was absolutely not worth it.

Great location with great views. Staff were very friendly.
My only critique was when we were trying to plan our departure, it seemed we were nearly stuck without a way to get to the train station on time the next day. We asked the hotel for help/shuttle to train station but they felt 6pm the night before departure was too late notice. We perhaps had the wrong expectations, luckily we ended up figuring out a way on our own, but was surprised the hotel concierge couldnt help with this.

The hotel was wonderful. However, we found their finest restaurant, the Mistral, to be substandard. The table service was fine; the maitre de was surly; and the food was hardly edible. I gave the feedback at the hotel.

Absolutely magnificent property. The whole experience was too incredible for words. Room was luxurious and could not have asked for anything more. Great bed, bathroom and air conditioner, plus balcony access.
Breakfast would probably rate as the best I have ever had, with wonderful options and service.
The pool (and "beach") area were idyllic and so relaxing.
One disappoin**ent was the very high end price of drinks at the pool and the bars. We stretched ourselves to stay at the hotel and being out priced on drinks did spoil some of the experience - although town, lovely rooftop bars etc were around the corner.
We will definitely love to return one day and can't recommend the hotel more highly. You will have a unique experience.

There is nothing negative about this hotel. It’s a gorgeous hotel with prime location. Rooms are beautiful and spotless. It’s incredibly clean. Staff is amazing. Breakfast which was included was an upscale buffet style. It was worth every penny. Not a cheap hotel but worth the money. Pool is huge and we enjoyed it so much. Loved this hotel and yes we will be back in the future.

The best place you can stay in Bellagio! We had a wonderful time. The staff is so friendly, and we enjoyed the lake and pool. Beautiful views! Big thanks to the talented piano player that plays in the evenings. Loved ending our night there every night.

The location is perfect and the property is stunning. The breakfast and service at breakfast is fantastic. They have mimosas and a wide selection of cheeses and fruits. Unfortunately the front desk staff is an absolute nigh**are. They were not welcoming from the beginning and were talking about us in a negative way throughout the entire stay. They were disrespectful and rude. When we brought this to the attention of a different shift of front desk staff, they were not apologetic or helpful in resolving it. In fact, they continued to talk about us. We were told that we could not eat outside food on the tables outside by the main entrance and had to go to our room (there were no other guests using the tables so it was not like we were taking them from anyone else who wanted bar service). The sheets are terribly uncomfortable. When we checked out, we again told them about how dissatisfied we were with the service and they did not even make a comment. They said, “oh, no?” And then changed the topic getting back to our bill. They are a disgrace for a 5 star resort. All this hotel cares about is taking your money. I would recommend staying at another property in Bellagio or perhaps a true 5 star resort in Tremezzo.
