Had a fantastic, relaxing time staying at the hotel. Very well located, convenient connections to Victoria, major hiking paths and beautiful beaches. Very clean apar**ent and extremely friendly personnel! I spoke mostly with Rosita and she's a delight. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there.

Elegant and very clean apar**ent, spacious inside and with a nice terrace and with a view on Beau Vallon beach (splendid beach). You’ll better hire a car to move around, but if you wouldn’t, you can walk 15 mins to reach the beach or get bus 21 just on the road below to go to Victoria. Rosita the manager is very kind and super helpful, as well as all the staff working at the venue. Fresh fruit , omelettes and all you need for breakfast are served in the dining area. And if you have dinner , you’ll discover the cooking of a kind lady who’s a great chef preparing delicious local food. Super recommended.

This place is TERRIBLE and they are ****** !! There is mold, the apar**ents look like something out of an old western movie. The elder woman at the front desk, she only cares about the levy tax that u have to pay, she does not welcome you and she treats "other" guest with respect. the towels are CRUNCHY and hard because they don't put the towels in the dryer, they air dry them in the back of the apar**ents !!! avoid this place please !!!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY! this place is horrible, has mold. Need upgrades. the elderly property manager and her maid talks about people and they are only about money. The levy tax is all they are concerned about, pay your money and stay at a better place, PLEASE! You will be disappointed here

We loved our stay here. Rosita was very welcoming and always willing to help out in arranging taxis, side trips or just some local advice on getting around Great view of the hills nearby and just a 10 min walk to Beau Vallon beach with grocery stores on the way, if you need supplies. A bus stop is around the corner if you need to pop into Victoria for the ferry or bigger shops (about 20 mins away) The nearby hotels have some great restaurants if you want to eat out and the scenic trek to Anse Major is worth it for the stunning scenery but wear some decent shoes Highly recommended

This property is tucked back into a local area and is a pretty long drive to the main beach area (it's difficult to find at night). Rooms are big, but everything is dated / well worn and in need of replacement. House keeping is not great. We found 2 cockroaches and did not use our second shower since it was infested with flies. The biggest problem with this property is managements unwillingness to be flexible. Specifically we had our airline switch our flight (at no fault of our own) requiring us to check out a day early. I notified the property a week in advance of the change, they referred me to the booking platform, and ultimately refused to refund me for my last night. I understand times have been difficult for vacation properties, but it's discouraging to see a management company that does not understand how the travel industry works these days. Property is ok. There's better locations in the area for similar pricing, so I would recommend looking elsewhere.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. ... They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. ... I had a wonderful experience at the The staff at this property are all great! I enjoyed my 2 weeks and half night stay,. We stayed for 2 weeks in an appartement of the Palm Seychelles with 2 adults and 2 kids. Appartement was cleaned every day and well equipped with washing machine and airconditions in every room. Fantastic views from terrace on sea island and mountains. Staff very warm and friendly, always approachable. The appar**ent complex is modern and a bit set back from the beach, so you need to take/rent a car to get to the beach and shops. Pharmacy, A**, petrol station, shops to allow selfcatering abd of course the great beach are all in nearby Beau Vallon. So location is great. Pls explore the North coastline, Glacis is worth a bath and a lunch in the Rock-Bar! There are some good restaurants in Beau Vallon, Boathouse recommended! If you hire a car: pls drive left and watch out for the blue busses ;o) that are the clear bosses of the road. What cld be improved (abd we know there is always sth) is the Pool area. This could be a bit bigger and also generally modernized. The beach towel service however is great! All in all a great stay! Thx to the team.

Very nice, clean and well equipped apar**ents and villas with pools. 5 minutes by car from Beau Vallon beach where you can find a bars and restaurants. Breakfast was little simpler but very tasty, fresh fruit was always served as the first course and eggs prepared in different ways as the main course. The lady or the house was very pleasant and helpful. Accommodation is suitable for both couples and families with children
