First holiday abroad on my own with my 10 year old daughter who has Asd , after reading some reviews I was a little worried arrived about 3am a lovely older gentleman who originally from Uk at reception made me cup tea and gave us sand which room was very clean and every other day cleaner came emptied bins swept & washed floors gave fresh towels bedding smelt lovely and fresh, we were all inclusive and cocktails were included only 3 weren’t , I made my own cocktail choice and the pool was cleaned every morning as I went to breakfast early so saw it being cleaned and all around pool hoses down , all staff were very nice even had a fridge in our room even though we weren’t self catering air conditioning included and Wi-Fi , my daughter only eats chip’s nothing more from dinners we brought her organic pouches with us as we always do one night no chips on kids menu but mash she was upset but asked why no chips and the chef made some just for her , I will say the only downside I had was their meal choices I struggled to find anything decent and each night the desserts were same 3 which weren’t great fruit was poor quality too and the cream leather dining chairs needed a good clean if it wasn’t for the fact of the meals being so poor , u could see a lot that whatever wasn’t used would be made into something else later on and knowing that it was so poor was a let down , I don’t eat loads anyway but they need to sort that issue out , the water park on photos is no longer in use but their other hotel 5 mins in mini bus provided free of charge driven by another cheerful older gentleman u can use the same water park and have lunch there but my daughter was happy in the normal pool which was max of about 10 people in it the whole week so perfect for her and me location is perfect 20 mins walk to Aiya Napa harbour , most relaxing week ever if the food was much better I’d definitely stay there again because that was the only let down . But still wish we didn’t have to come home .

Very disappointing ,been there few times before and after covid, unfortunately the management it’s running down this hotel, no one cares of anything, poor customer service, very poor quality of food, everything it’s broken starting from the drain in room shower to yellow and old ripped bath towels, pour mattresses, stained bedding etc. broken sun lounges at the pool, heavily watered cocktails and non existent snacks options.used to be different back in 2014-2017. Definitely not going back.

No water park wasn’t told it was shut down . The food was Disgusting all boiled some with raw children’s meals there wasn’t much of a choice . Salad bar wet sloppy out of date food butter from 2006 was still served and smelled like rotten egg . 20mins of kids Entertainment at night one show for 30-40 mins then nothing. At 12 they turn all lights out so your set in the dark . Broken pool umbrellas . Rooms was dirty . Towels was left in your room ripped . Cockroaches crawling about . Wild cats running in out the food bar . Limited on drinks that was watered down and was sickly .

do NOT go to this beach at night. 5 of our phones got stolen, ruined the whole holiday. The hotel itself wasn't the best although they were not stingy with the alcoholic drinks. Food absolutely atrocious, not a great experience and will not be returning.

Well what can I say !! I usually give reviews the benefit of the doubt , but I must say this time I totally agree with them . A very disappointing three star hotel , it basically needs pulling down and rebuilding . Shabby looking , dirty pool area , food inedible , drinks basic and had to pay for cocktails . The water park is closed and although they provide a bus to use the water park at the sister hotel it’s not what we paid for ! The rooms were spacious but we did have ants and the bedding and towels needed a update as they were no longer white but grey and tatty . Some nights I had a cold shower and my sons shower in his room almost flooded the room when turned on full . The childrens entertainment lasted about 20 mins and adults about 30 minutes and lights were out dead on 12 o’clock. Staff were not very sociable and really looked like they didn’t want to be there. The good points are that the hotel sits in a very good position close to beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants , which was a bonus as we had to eat out every night due to the inedible food. The pool walk in area was covered in filth and took over an hour before someone finally came to clean it . The games room charged two euros for a game of pool and had balls missing . We treated our children and grandchildren to this holiday and felt so disappointed with this hotel .

Honestly, I'm so glad I didn't change hotel after reading some of the comments on here. Honestly one of the best places I've been, location is fantastic, staff are friendly , beeches around are all great ( as long as you walk to the right), food is much better than I anticipated after reading reviews on here. I have 2 fussy eaters and they always find something they like. Only reason it's not 5* you can see wear and tear on the building... public toilets look like old staff ones opened up to us when the proper ones broke, could do with a little freshen up. PLEASE DONT AVOID ITS LOVELY HERE
