Riacentrum - Smart Residence

The lady was so friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, u can just walk around to explore the town.

My son and I had two rooms here for a weekend visit from Lisbon. The most immediate response on walking in was how clean it is. Like eat-off-the-floor clean. The second response is that it is comfortable and nicely laid out with decent light from the one window/door. Bed is comfortable, water gets hot in the shower reasonably quickly, the kitchen is well-equipped with a full size refrigerator. Very unusual was that there were enough capsules for the coffee machine for a hard core coffee addict like me. The interior public areas are also clean and the location is excellent. Pedro is a terrific host. He was very helpful and even walked us to a local restaurant that was tourist-free and had the local eels, which we were looking for. He also told us how to find the best oves moles, and they were. Very responsive to phone and text. Just a couple minor criticisms - the electronic locking system gave us a few issues, one because I had booked two rooms together and the app doesn't recognize that, the other because one of the locks had its battery die and Pedro had to come down to open it. The other is that I like to sleep with the windows wide open unless it's hot and the street can be noisy until quite late. Closing the window/door fixed that, and I may be unusual in always sleeping with the windows open. Aveiro is a terrific town (small city?) and I doubt you can find a better place to stay here.

Todo perfecto. La ubicación inmejorable, con vistas al canal. Con un centro comercial justo al cruzar la calle. Muy cerca de todo. El apartamento nuevo, muy limpio y muy comodo. Con todos los detalles. El propietario nos atendió de maravilla y nos dió buenos consejos.
