Huge and beautiful hotel near of the river , good vibe place , big rooms , but very cold at the winter time

The hotel is very conveniently located. The service was the best of the best. Very friendly and polite staff. If you ask me to rate it from 1 to 5, I would confidently give it 6 points 😁

Perfect place to stay, got upgraded in the room, with lake view, the breakfast is really good and fulfill all my needs

Nice stay and the staff makes a big difference. Elisa during the check-in and checkout process was super kind and very helpful not only with me but also with other customer. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice view , but need some maintenance

The room is okay, the area is relatively large, maybe the hotel is a bit old, and the decoration style is relatively old There are a little few sockets, and the air conditioner is not obvious, but it seems to be windy, and the current weather can't be used It's nice to have a terrace The toiletries are average, and the breakfast seems to be quite a lot, but after walking around, I feel that there is nothing delicious. The small wontons in chicken soup are a local specialty, not bad

已經多次入住碧桂園酒店了衝著這個老牌子，衝著她的大氣，開闊，富麗堂皇，成熟和優質的服務。因為不是假期最旺季的時候去的，所以價格很合適。還幫我們免費升級了湖畔房，推開窗，優美的湖景一覽無餘。前台小李人美心善，和聲細語，説話始終帶着微笑，讓人賓至如歸。她幫我們辦理入住，延遲退房，及時解答我們的問題，第一時間響應和滿足我們的每個需求。我們帶着長者孩子，她還貼心的幫我們安排了相鄰的視線很好的景觀房，還做了無煙處理，讓人心裏暖暖的，超級舒服。酒店房間面積很大，設施一應俱全，早餐種類多，味道好，全家吃的很開心。在大廳碰到了正在工作的機器人，自己去尋找充電樁充電，增添許多樂趣。 碧桂園鳳凰酒店讓安慶之旅變得圓滿，下次再來，強烈推薦。

酒店環境很好，大廳很漂亮，晚上安靜無雜音，隔音也可以，房間可以看江景 設施很完備房間很大很舒適，還有浴缸 早餐也很好，有特色食物，用餐區域挺大 省考住的這個酒店，真的很用心啊，還有小禮物祝所有考生考試順利 真的很用心，推薦入住

一進酒店就被大堂天穹吸引，非常豪華漂亮，前台美女小鮑服務熱情，業務熟練，房間超大，衞生乾淨，還貼心的配置了水果，樓上的服務員査玲利大姐幫忙開好空調，當問周邊有什麼好玩的地方，大姐熱情且仔細的做了介紹，由於太晚，不然都想出去逛逛了。

可以想象酒店剛開業豪華到什麼程度，但畢竟太老了，設施都老化陳舊，隨之衞生狀況也就差強人意。但服務還是一如既往的好。訂的是家庭房，前台小李給升級為家庭套房，倍感温馨。 適逢“2025小麥提質增產集成技術交流會”在酒店隆重舉行，給酒店增添了歡樂吉祥的氣氛。 再去安慶，應該還住碧桂園。

酒店非常宏偉大氣，周邊配套齊全，靠着公園，早晚飯後可以去散散步，這點非常好。辦理入住的小鮑專業周到!!給我升級到了湖景房，還主動幫忙拿行李。以後有機會還會選擇這裏。

入住時前台小哥哥非常熱情，服務很好，原本預訂的是普通房型，到店後免費升級到湖景房，窗外就是秦潭湖，物超所值！還貼心準備了歡迎水果和伴手禮，非常驚喜👍👍
