It was an amazing trip and stay, love Kyoto so much ,tidy and neat,everybody looks so polite The location of the hotel is brilliant as well ,just opposite of the Kyoto railway station, the room is quite spacious compared with other hotels in Japan (of course not those luxurious ones),love it so much! Definitely will come back next time!!

Location is good, it is close to Kyoto train station and very close to a metro entrance. Room size is very big compared to other Japan hotel rooms in the same price range. We are very satisfied with what we got considering the price.

Great location in the heart of Kyoto across from the central train and bus station. Convenient to shops, malls, restaurants and metro system. Not a full-service hotel since there are no 24/7 staff on site. But if you just need a clean, comfortable place to sleep, it's the perfect hotel.

The room was amazing huge. I was surprised because the building looks very small. Comfortable and clean room. Bedding was ok but pillows overly soft. Love the bathroom and shower with very strong water pressure. Not much of a service cos our room didn't get very much of a cleaning while staying there. Thankfully they changed our towels.

New hotel steps away from Kyoto station. Bigger room than expected. Organic coffee n tea in the room great. Friendly reception service. Only downside is the misty smell of the bedsheets. Not sure if it’s too new or not washed properly.

Brand new hotel Great service. Initially I was concerned that it was self check in. Reception promptly showed up to assist. Same when we returned for our left luggage 12hrs after we checked out. Night Staff was prompt in bringing all out luggage down to us. Photo shows just how central this hotel is located

Really nice hotel nearby kyoto station. Easy access to tourist attractions. The hotel exit is directly facing kyoto stations’s dining restaurants, which offer varieties of food choices. Easy to check in and check out. Can also leave luggage after check out.

Hotel is situated in a good location. Just opposite of Kyoto station. I recommend to go there via the station’s main exit, rather than the underground exit. The exit via underground is A5, but can be difficult to locate for the first time. Amenities are basic, nothing fancy or extra. It’s a self check in/out hotel, although they do have staff on call if needed. The doors are all electronic using a passcode, so might be a bit of a challenge for elderly people to operate if not used to. Overall, a very nice hotel. Highly recommend if you need to get around in Kyoto using the public transport.

A little tight for 3 in a room but kudos for the cleanliness nevertheless 👍🏻
