Semuanya dekat. Taman hanya 1 menit, Stasiun Tube hanya sekitar 5 menit, Top View Bus hanya 5 menit. Banyak Restoran Asia sekitar 5 menit berjalan kaki dan Anda dapat berbelanja di jalan sekitar 5 menit. Stasiun Paddington sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki

Jika Anda ingin perjalanan Anda tidak dirusak oleh kutu busuk dan gigitan serangga, datanglah ke sini. PERGILAH KE SANA JIKA ANDA INGIN KUTU KASUR TETAPI TIDAK ADA PERMINTAAN MAAF ATAU KOMPENSASI!!! Begitu kami check in pada hari pertama, seekor serangga besar, saya tidak yakin apakah itu kecoa atau yang lainnya, keluar dari kamar mandi. Memang tidak bagus, tetapi saya pikir itu bisa dimengerti di bangunan tua, jadi saya biarkan saja. Hari kedua, seekor serangga aneh keluar dari seprai, tetapi karena kamar itu memiliki dua tempat tidur, saya tidur di tempat tidur yang satunya. Ketika saya terbangun pada pagi ketiga, ada beberapa tetes darah di seprai. Karena lokasinya dekat dengan bahuku, aku terus memeriksa apakah ada mimisan atau luka di lenganku, lalu aku terkejut saat melihat serangga mati. Saya tidak tahan melihat serangga yang berbeda setiap hari, jadi saya pergi ke meja depan dan menunjukkan kepada mereka gambar-gambarnya serta menjelaskan situasinya. Mereka langsung memindahkanku ke kamar lain, tapi aku merasa sangat tidak nyaman dan rasanya seluruh perjalananku hancur. Saya ingin berbicara dengan manajernya, tetapi dia bilang dia pasti akan memberi saya kompensasi jika saya mengirim email kepadanya karena saat itu akhir pekan dan orang yang bertanggung jawab sedang tidak ada. Hotel staff were brilliant and room was spacious, clean and warm. Bed was comfortable too. Some renovations going on but don't let that stop you stay here

It was a horrible experience, there was not ventilation in our room and when asked to fix the service the reception staff was very rude to us and were not helped at all. When asked for a refund we were not offered any compensation for our experience. Please avoid this hotel at all costs !!

Not good experience with room in basement, just like a prison with stairs up and down. Cannot move with the heavy luggages.

The best and easiest hotel location, near to tube station(Queensway, Bayswater and Paddington). The price quoted is what you got, best and more than enought to all facilities provided. Sraff very friendly and helpfull. Food restaurant nearby and lots of variety. Public transport is just around.

A great location for exploring London. Close to public transport (both bus and underground). Nice place for those who like a walk around the park to start their day. The staff were really helpful and pleasant on check in and check out.

The location of the hotel is amazing, located in the middle of the city. Room is not big but it is fine. No air con but it has 2 fans inside. quite nice.

This hotel was the worst. We paid for a high quality room and ended up being shifted to a nearby hotel because of a power outage at 12 AM - the next hotel was horrible and not up to the mark. We didn’t even get a refund.
