Was a really good hotel, and nice breakfast. For London, excellent value for money. Only a 30 minutes walk to Lord's

The hotel is fine, it’s going through renovations so it’s a bit of a mess. The room was fine, nothing special. It’s next to Hyde park and very close to Queensway station and Bayswater station. The breakfast was decent with a big buffet.

It's absurd that check-in starts at 3pm and check-out at 11am (there are people knocking on your door at 11am). You pay the daily rate and you don't even stay 20 hours. The room has an empty fridge. There's no water or anything, you call for water through room service and they tell you to get it from the bar. It's absurd. You have to fetch the water. There are no blankets in the room

One of the best affordable hotel in the area. Great place very near to bayswaters, near to restaurants and trains. Easy walking to hyde park. Easy check in, respectful staffs. Room size just nice for 1 person, heater is available during cold winter.

Hyde Park is only a stone throw away. Kind hotel staff, old room with only 1 elevator working during my stay but understandable, due to ongoing refurbishment works. Expensive for the condition, but popular because of the location. So no complains, paying for the convenience. Good continental breakfast buffet for 15£

Cockroaches in our room 30 minute walk if not more to anywhere of note Window “view” was just scaffolding and builders They gave us tea and coffee in our room I guess that’s something Staff were welcoming and friendly

Staff were super helpful and congenial. Great location, had everything I needed for my stay. Hacked off however that all in-house purchases were card only. Cash is king, it needs to be kept.

The single room is perfect with complete facilities. The location is nice because it is very close to underground station and Hyde park. The receptionist is very nice and responsible. The breakfast is not bad but rich.

The location is great. Our room has been upgraded. Although the room is big, the wardrobe is full of dust and there are some watermark over there. Also the lights are so dim.

Allocated basement rooms which was told no other room Available at Upper floor. Was told to take it or leave it at the reception counter on the first day we arrived. We have paid all in full on the time we booked. Quite bad customer service. Would not recommend for future use. Unless you pay for better room type I guess. Book standard room at your own risk if you don't like basement room. Though basement room is bigger, but the ventilation is not good and with kind of smell
