Hotel ini sangat bersih dan nyaman. Kembali ke hotel memberikan perasaan yang sangat hangat. Sikap pelayanan front desk sangat baik dan responnya tepat waktu. Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah tepat di luar pintu. Banyak tempat wisata seperti Masjid Biru, Katedral Sophia, dan Istana Topkapı ada di sekitar hotel, dan dapat dicapai hanya dalam waktu sepuluh menit berjalan kaki, yang sangat nyaman. Hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan! Ketika saya pergi ke bandara, saya membantu mengatur pengantaran menggunakan limusin. Pelayanan di hotel ini sangat baik!

Very bad service and unprofessional receptionist.. unkind and he doesn’t have the experience to deal with customers.. he let us wait for more than 2 hours because he doesn’t know the policy of the hotel.. zThanks for the agency that they solved the problem on their own with him .. very bad hotel and management

Новый отель с очень вкусными завтраками. Местоположение для туриста идеальное: рядом 2 маршрута трамвая, метро и порты в любую точку басфора.

酒店比較新，房間挺乾淨的，床品也不錯。就是酒店的隔音效果太差，樓上洗澡上廁所都能聽見。附近吃飯很方便。

酒店員工服務貼心 酒店位置旺中帶靜 大部份地標也近在咫尺 酒店衛生程度尚算很好 酒店提供的早餐食物 也有很多種類選擇.

還不錯，這個價位來看。酒店旁邊就是地鐵站，出行非常方便，離伊堡的很多景點也是步行可達。提前到店的時候，服務生説如果在Google上給好評就可以提前checkin，真想説大可不必如此直白地要好評吧。。。酒店沒有配備牙刷牙膏，需要自備。

在這個住了三天，整體感覺很差。第一天到達，告訴我們預訂的三人間因故無房，需調整到2個雙人間，但衹能住一天，第二天必須再調回三人間，但酒店要求我們必須在第二天中午必須回來換房，因為他們需要時間打掃，酒店自己的問題需要進行調房還對我們提出要求，這種服務態度相當差勁（雙人間的桌子上有長頭髮，床上有短髮，這種衞生環境和後面發生的事情相比已經不是大事了） 第二天中午匆忙回來換房，等安頓好才發現，三人間的房屋和預訂時的房間不一致，大落地窗變成了高處的小小窗户，更糟糕的是還對着相鄰建築物的2個大排風口，震動聲音時大時小，震動大時連帶着衞生間的捲紙都在震動 ，我徹底服了！！！我們配合酒店換房還給了這樣一個房間！房間中間還有一個大橫樑！酒店和我們推諉扯皮，把責任推到代理商，態度非常差，大家以後慎重考慮住這個酒店吧，特別不要住01房！ 好在攜程的服務還是不錯的，接到反饋問題和酒店積極溝通，及時跟進解決問題。
