Ulasan Ontur Butik Hotel

This is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink. About negatives: 1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not. 2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea) 3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment) I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

À fuir ! Hôtel désastreux. Un des réceptionniste est odieux et se moque des clients, en plus de facturer 20€ pour un lit bébé cassé, ce qui a fait tomber mon fils par terre en pleine nuit. La chambre était immonde : 2 serviettes pour 4, moquette tachée, baignoire pleine de moisissure, et une climatisation assourdissante, 2 serviettes pour 4. Seules les personnes du petit déjeuner et de l’accueil du soir étaient agréables. Un cauchemar, à éviter absolument ! Bref c’est une mauvaise expérience !

dördüncü kat odalarından birinde kaldık fakat odaya sigara kokusu çok fazla sinmiş. bizi çok rahatsız etti. bu koku haricinde imkanlar, konumu güzel.

房間夠大，早餐品種稍微少了點。
