Ulasan Fairfield by Marriott San Jose Airport Alajuela

Easy check in progress. Easily picked up from the airport with a shuttle that runs every 30 mins. There is a few restaurants across the street other than the hotel restaurant on premises. Room is comfortable and clean (the bathroom is beautiful) Jinshil was kind and helpful. Totally would stay hear again if needed .

If you’re arriving late at San Jose Airport and have an early flight in the morning, I would without a doubt stay here again. The complementary shuttle service that runs every 30min is so convenient and the location is excellent with a Walmart right across the street for your last minute necessities. The staff is super friendly, the bed is comfy and the rooms are clean. The shower pressure is quite low though but apart from that there’s nothing I can think of. Taking into account the time of the year the room cost more than I wanted to spend, but given the overall convenience and experience all in all it was worth it and I’m looking forward to staying here again when I fly out from San José.

Very clean and rooms seem to be fairly recently updated. Front desk staff very friendly and courteous. Shuttle to airport on time and on schedule. Overall very satisfied.

Stayed 2 nights at beginning of trip, did a day trip to Irazu ans Orosi, than took domestic flight. Great shutlle and very close to airport. Clean and comfortable room. Good early breakfast (from 5:30/6:00 am). Wish they had king beds instead of queen beds. Ate dinner once, good, a bit pricy for what it is but convenient. Would stay again without any hesitation.

Everything was perfect but for our server Laura at last night’s dinner. Absolutely horrible service. We had to ask another server to finish our night. All other staff was amazing!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The airport hotel shuttle was fantastic. The restaurant was great and again very friendly staff. Very clean property. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

All of the staff from the reception staff, the wait staff in the restaurant, the housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. I heartily recommend this hotel! Thank you for the great work you are all doing.

Customer service was excellent and the hotel was very clean and everyone was friendly. Great location for airport travel. Will definitely stay again when in Costa Rica!
