Ulasan Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort

1. Hotel location is good 2. Gym is fantastic. Recommended for short getaway trip for couples 3. Reception allows 1pm late check out 4. Valet parking well done

Great stay Room was large, modern and beautiful. Breakfast was very good, heated outdoor pool and nice beach.

When we first arrived at the hotel, the valet asked me what I was doing sitting outside the main entrance. Not a very pleasant welcome. We went to the reception to check-in and the lady behind the desk stated that the room was not paid for. She showed me the card used for the booking then asked me to prove it was my card. I expaind the booking was made by trip.com and even showed the receipt and the payment taken from my bank account. Yet, she still refused to check us in. She called the manager and within a second, he said the booking had been already been paid for, but she then argued with him saying that I was not the card holder. The manager apologised and told her to continue with the check-in process. I then asked for a late check-out, which she didn't even bother acknowledging. Wasted our Time especially when I had young children who wanted to sleep. Resort was nice for the kids and breakfast was good.

Everything was great, nice welcoming as well with check in & out in reception & Thanks for lady lysha with her assist.

Hotel is amazing, but missing chairs and table on balcony. It will be very useful for morning coffee.. as well sometimes music is very loud on the night, especially if your room have a view on pool/beach. Food is excellent, service, staff… very polite and professional.

Old and late in handing the room to the guest. You will need to wait for very long time in lobby waiting for the room to be ready.

UNPROFESSIONAL HOTEL STAFF!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY TO THIS HOTEL!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Sheraton.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The view from the room is great. The pools and private beach were marvelous.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Abudhabi.

Very nice and comfy! The timings on the pool and beach is not updated on the website and with other employees; they have different information. The breakfast is 👍 Overall, the experience was great.

it's renewed recently so all the things in hotel is neat and well orgarnized. I especially like the beach in the hotel.
