When I arrived and was assigned a room, the shampoo and shower gel bottles were empty, and the shower drain, which had never been used, did not drain well. The next day, I went sightseeing and when I returned to my room, the housekeeping staff had stolen the food from my room. Do you think this makes sense? What on earth are they thinking, and with what professionalism do they carelessly touch their customers’ food? This person is also an employee of a 4-star hotel. Think with common sense. The employee did something that was ethically unacceptable. And while staying here for 5 nights, the housekeeping staff left the staff key, which was used as a master key, in my room twice. I think it would be good to be more focused and meticulous when working. I've been to many hotels in Europe, but this was the first time in my life that my room door couldn't be opened because my phone was near the key. We never put our phones in our bags and always hung them on a string like a necklace. If it was because of the battery, I got a spare room key and asked my companion to put another key in the bag. There were no cell phones or batteries in the group's bags. But the door didn't open that day, so I had to go to the reception again. On the 12th, the first day the door didn't open, when I first said the door wouldn't open, one of the female employees showed an arrogant expression and attitude as if she was ignoring me, which really broke my heart. And on the morning of check-out, a staff member came into my room without knocking. This is truly absurd. The reception staff should be ashamed of themselves for being rude and arrogant to the end and not even offering a proper apology. In the 5 days I stayed here, this was the first time I experienced something so unpleasant and annoying in a hotel. Overall, the staff at this hotel need to rethink their service mindset to match that of a 4-star hotel. The only thing I regret coming to Barcelona is staying here. I didn't feel it was worth a second visit at all. This hotel gave me the worst experience. There will never be a second visit.

Great experience in this hotel, located near major tourist spots in Barcelona, good access to public transport, lots of cafes and nearby restaurant s, and famous brands such as Zara,... 😂super friendly and hospitable staff, they have booked tickets for sightseeings and gave me thorough information about how to get to those places👍👍, the room was big, spacious and clean, with lots of large mirrors and a electronic safe in the closet, 👍👍breakfast was amazing, including a wide range of hot, cooked Spanish dishes, olives, fruits and yummy cheeses 😋😋😋 Only problem I faced was the ceiling started leaking, and the staff immediately offered me another room 👍👍 I'm highly recommending this place

一人旅での観光の際に連泊しました。 立地が良いです。Diagonalという大通りに面しているので分かりやすく、治安が良い場所なので安心感があります。地下鉄駅からは徒歩だと少し遠いのが難点ですが、バス停がすぐ近くにあるので主な観光名所への行き来は問題なかったです。 サービスについて、フロントでチェックインの対応をしてくれた男性スタッフが非常に素晴らしかったです。笑顔でフレンドリー、英語でとても丁寧に説明してくれました。私の第一言語が英語ではないと察してあえてゆっくりはっきり話してくれて、その心遣いがとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。 午前中に着きましたが普通にチェックインできてありがたかったです。 ホテル室内の設備、サービスに関しては値段不相応でした。4つ星ってこんなもんなのか？と思いました。 良かった点: ・ドライヤーは大風量で満足。 ・シャワーの水圧、湯量は満足いくものだった。 ・部屋の窓が大きく、部屋が明るくて気分が良かった。 ・なぜか二日目からは使い捨てスリッパを部屋に置いてくれていた。(初日は忘れてた？) 不満: ・隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえるほど壁が薄い。 ・シャワーブース内の床が濡れると滑りやすく、怪我しかけた。危険なので滑り止めマット敷くとか対策すべき。 ・建物の構造上仕方ないかもしれないけれど、トイレから上がってくる下水臭が気になった。トイレのドアは隙間があるタイプなので閉めても無駄。洗面台のすぐ隣がトイレだったので毎朝支度しながら臭くて吐き気がした。 ・タオル類の補充が適当。1日目に使ったバスマットを清掃時に回収してくれていたけど補充はされてなかった。その次の日はあった。タオルも日によって揃っていたりなかったり。 ・ミニ冷蔵庫にミネラルウォーター の瓶が2本入っていたが、何故か1本は半分しか無かった。誰かの飲みかけが置いたままなのか、気持ち悪かった。 ・ティーカップとティースプーンが明らかに汚れたままセットされていた日があった。毎日使っていて最終日に気付いたけど、洗浄済の物が置かれていると当然思っていたのでそれまで気にしておらず、この日までの食器が清潔なものだったのかは分からない。 ・紅茶ティーバッグとインスタントコーヒーが置いてあったけど、飲んでも補充されたりされなかったりしていた。日によって適当。 総じて、立地とフロントの対応は最高、部屋の清掃関連については金額に見合わないクオリティだと感じました。 お金払えばどうこうと言うわけでもないですが、一応毎日チップもしっかり置いていてこの対応なのでかなり残念な気分です。

房間在巴塞隆拿同價位酒店應該算是非常大的，地理位置也不錯，整體環境尚可，有重新裝修過，但房間衞生細節做的很一般，床單有明顯污漬。

트립닷컴 예약시 베드타입과 실제 룸의 베드타입이 달랐고, 소파베드 및 엑베로 대응해 주었습니다. 로비의 과일과 물은 세심했고, 몬주익성과, 해변이 내려다 보이는 뷰는 엄청났습니다.

非常差的體驗 簡直是被網上的介紹騙過去的。首先房間設施和照片裏的不一樣。我定的是景觀房，設施和照片不同。房間靠馬路，窗户不隔音，簡直就是睡在馬路上一樣的吵。設施很舊，房間很小，服務特別差。我看中國遊客住的很多，估計都是被攜程的介紹誤導的。外國人不上這個當。巴塞隆拿性價比高的酒店很多，這個屬於性價比極差的。 我極少給差評的，但是這個酒店必須得差評。

位置，房間隔音都非常好。房間挺大，適合商務出行。

位置很方便，周邊吃飯購物都很近，步行很快就到米拉之家，下次去還會住這裏，也會推薦給朋友

酒店位置不錯，去各景點，名店街，英國百貨，高鐵站都不遠。房間景觀不錯，有燒水壺，早餐有很多熟的蔬菜。健身房小了點，器械也有損壞的。

位置很好，出門就是公交站，離超市也很近，去哪都很方便，房間也很大，前台都可以使用英語，很方便，期待下次入住

避雷避雷！千萬別住這個酒店，在巴塞隆拿的最後一晚 ，因為凌晨就要敢趕飛機所以就隨便選了個一個四星級酒店來住。想着四星級酒店也不會出什麼錯吧，結果這個酒店給我一整個破破爛爛的快捷酒店的感覺。然後酒店房間裏的沙發我坐上去的時候就感覺上面有一股狐臭味，很舊。 房間裏面紙巾盒裡衹有兩張紙，我抽了兩張就沒了，酒店這些根本沒有檢查過。這些我都不覺得是什麼大問題，我凌晨兩點爬起來準備洗漱然後趕飛機，結果發現廁所裏面全是螞蟻。。。。從地縫裡麪，牆裡麪，地毯下面，各種地方爬出來，密密麻麻的螞蟻，我們也沒在酒店裡麪吃什麼會吸引螞蟻的東西。非常不理解為什麼會有這種事情發生，這也不是一個什麼一星級兩星級的垃圾酒店啊。。。。我們直接找了樓下的前台反饋這個問題，結果人家給我的迴應就是，ok 。説他們知道了。。非常不能理解。難道不應該給我解決問題嗎？ 衞生：非常糟糕 環境：非常糟糕 設施：一般

출장으로 왔는데 여러 장소 접근성이 좋습니다. 호텔 직원들이 친절하고 마침 성금요일 기간이라 초코렛이나 젤리등 예쁘게 데코헸어요. 아이들과 온 가족들이 좋아하더라고요. 조식은 그닥그래요.
