The hotel in general is quite recommendable. The location is good as it is inside the wall and very close to one of the main streets where you can find bike rentals, coffee, washing machines etc. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and we got water bottles every day in the mini bar. There is a swimming pool when you get into the hotel and it's okay since it's enough to refresh you from high temperatures. The staff is friendly and recommend things to do in your stay in the city. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. They have breakfast available in addition to the price . We were left after check out.

Excellent location all cafe and nice restaurants are walking distance. Free parking and bags storage provided for us for our 2nd visit. Hotel is doing some renovation but it did not effect us. Reception speak good English and warm welcome from them. Value for money and will visit again. Should provide some attention and concierge information at the lobby for visitors.

B2 Suthep was a pleasant stay for 3 days. Accessible pool, large room, and decent storage. Limited on the amenities sides of things. No restaurant or cafe open. Some tlc in some places would give this the boost it needs. Altogether, it was nice and a healthy price.

The location of the hotel is a bit far inside the hills, but the view from the room is remarkable and worthy. We arrived there at 21:00 and their kitchen was almost closed, but they kindly allow us to order and had a dinner. The dishes were so yummy!!! There was a huge spider inside our room when we got into it. I asked the staff to help us through WhatsApp. He helped us to drive it away rapidly. That’s so good! The room was quite clean but the details were not good enough. The jacuzzi was so fun to use😆 Watching the stunning view with the blublublu sound was extremely chill~~~ They gave me a pack of popcorn as a thank you gift with many lines of words on the package. That was so warm and I can feel their full-hearted intention. Thank you!

Stayed here three times and each time was awesome. Service is excellent. Pool is fab. Location is great. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are large for the price. Very clean. Excellent value for money.

People are the heart of any business. My family and I have now stayed at Huay Kaew Palace 2 on three separate occasions over a period of 10 years. For me, we keep coming back because the service provided has always been excellent. I will not speak for others, but I have never had a negative interaction with anyone associated with HKP2...ever. Focusing on our most recent stay, we arrived late on the evening of the first night of our reservation. The check in process took less than 15 minutes. The room and amenities were adequate for our purposes. The room was immaculately clean. The wifi and the television worked (although we did not use the television much). When we left, if we dropped off the key card at the front desk, our room would be cleaned while we were out. The desk and housekeeping staff are good at their jobs and always had a pleasant demeanor. Over the years, one change has occurred that I wish would come back -- in the past, a breakfast buffet was available. This is no longer the case. I understand that there are good reasons why this might be the case, but I enjoyed having breakfast in the downstairs lobby at the beginning of the day in the past. We travel to Thailand for one reason -- family. Our family in America s 7; our family in Thailand is 15. My wife's parents, her brothers and their wives and children all live very close to HKP2 and the hotel acts as a meeting place and central location from which all other activities originate. I foresee returning to the Huay Kaew Palace 2 as often as we travel to Chiang Mai as long as the standards of service remain as high as they have up to now. I have no negative opinions in relationship to my stays at this hotel.

The room is really cozy and comfortable to stay in. The bed is really nice and the sheets are clean. The room is quieter than I thought it would be since the hotel is close to a highway. The view from the balcony of my room is breathtaking with the backdrop of the mountains in the distance. The room service is really great. The reception desk is also very helpful and the staffs always greet you with smiles. There’s a McDonald’s that’s open 24/7 and also gives you a 10 percent discount if you show your room’s keycard. Last but not least, the breakfast is really delicious and also offers a wide variety of dishes, ranging from western to asian, for you to choose from.

Locationwise, nothing is very close, but most things are within a 10 to 20 minute walk, or an inexpensive taxi ride. The hotel is clean, but shows its age. Still, I'm finding it to be very comfortable. The refrigerator works, the air conditioning works, the bed is firm but not uncomfortable, the internet is reliable but on the slow side, you get two waters a day, but no shampoo. The staff is friendly. Overall, it's a good value.

The room is very big and spacious. The front desk is also very good. The breakfast is a bit simple but tastes good. Fried rice, bread, coffee, tea, milk, cereal, etc. The surrounding area is safe and quiet. It is a good choice. I will stay again.

With the help of the host from this glamping site, we rented a sedan from them to drive us from Chiang Mai airport to this location. It was very remote, and we are happy the host has such service. We are fully aware of the location, it is also the reason we came here to rest after 7 days of Bangkok trip. We were also very surprised the cleanliness of the site, there is not mosquitos or any other small insects around the camp site, which we were well prepared for that but we are very happy with the environment without worrying this. They must have done a lot of control to come to this state. Thank you! Service is very good, they have golf car to drive us to the restaurant where we can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dinner they will offer pizza or mookata, guess everyone will order this. We stayed at the Kissing star for 2 nights, first night we bought street food from MaeKampong for our dinner, second night we had Mookata, frankly speaking their food is not expensive too, we can hardly finish their whole set for 2 persons. As for their facilities, I think the pictures are self explained. they have marshall soundbar, enabled Netflix, youtube etc, so that one can really rest in the room, listening to the nature and watching tv. Their host can be communicated via whatsapp too, so just tell them anything you need, they will try to help. I love their hospitality even in such remote area but still trying to offer us the best!!!
