I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean – it felt like stepping into a brand-new space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. What really stood out was the service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Even after I checked out at 12:00 PM, they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel until my airport transfer – a thoughtful gesture that made my travel day so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy stay with top-notch hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Having booked the wrong Clock Inn hotel - I ended up at Dehiwala rather than Colombo. The place was clean, the staff were attentive and the breakfast good. The room was surprising large especially the bathroom. It provided a good night's sleep. If you want to stay in Dehiwala (and I didn't), the this is a good choice of budget accommodation.

My stay at Clock Inn Colombo was a great experience and perfect for backpackers and budget travelers. The hostel is located in a convenient area, close to public transport, restaurants, and main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with lockers provided for safety. The common areas were cozy and a good place to meet other travelers. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to share travel tips. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home. Overall, it offers excellent value, comfort, and community for anyone visiting Colombo.

They’re good, and their service is also good. But their online response is very bad. I didn't get any response to when I texted and called them, as I had some queries. But their hospitality is very good. And food is also tasty.

Location ok. Nice sea view. KFC and Buger King nearby. Near to main road. Whoever love to stay near beach this is the place. Hope to visit this hotel again!
