The staff is nice and supportive. They create a warm welcome when you enter the entrance.  There are a breakfast can be included in the second floor and also the laundry room for free. there is a shuttle bus for,which can deliver you to the city. Overall is a nice day at Mercury Hotel in Shanghai, which we love

The room was very spacious and clean, making our stay super comfortable. The front desk staff provided great service and were very helpful. The hotel also offers shuttle bus services to the airport and Disneyland, which made traveling so much easier. Highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay!

The hotel is well-designed and feels like a studio apartment. The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. They managed to arrange for early check-in when we arrived in the morning. Always checking on us and making sure we are well-rested! Will return for a stay again :)

Citadines Gubei Apartment Hotel is a great place to stay in Shanghai. Convenient location, there are all the necessary shops nearby. The hotel itself is very comfortable, polite staff who always helps. We stayed with the children in a two-storey room and it was just a delight, we were very comfortable. Very comfortable beds. The room has a kitchen area, which was very convenient for us, we even used a washing machine. We liked the breakfast, the choice is very large. We will definitely return to the Citadines Gubei Apartment Hotel the next time we are in Shanghai.

A very modern and stylish hotel. We really liked the skylight in the room as well as the separate toilet and shower areas. The room also had many hooks for us to hang things which we thought helped a lot in organising our luggage. The lobby was really stylish and the beers and coffee that you are able to claim for free daily were delicious. The area around the hotel is also really cool. There are museums and I think a school but it is all very stylish and they look really pretty. The hotel is not really walking distance from any metro stations (in the winter) but if you have the Chinese apps, Alipay or Mei Tuan, you can book bicycle from right outside the hotel and cycle to the nearest Metro station about a six minute cycle. There are also not many food options nearby. There is however one 快餐店which opens late (11pm). I want to thank the staff at the lobby for entertaining our late checkout request because we had missed our train from another region.

Second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I will continue to stay. It’s incredibly convenient: close to the train station, metro station and corner shops all around. Always fantastic to stay in. This room was smaller than my previous so was a little claustrophobic and grumpy about it but it was one night so totally fine

Nice clean hotel, very small rooms. Breakfast was disappointed, treated as a second class citizen by the operators, ignored when waiting to be seated, perhaps because I am a foreigner. Limited choice, coffee machine only serves black coffee, surely simple as connection to a milk reservoir. The fruit didn’t look fresh, the pastries stale, cereal not fresh. When I was asked by the hotel about my stay, I expressed my disappointment with breakfast. They back tracked and said that the restaurant is not operated by the hotel, yet they sell rooms with breakfast option?

Hongqiao Airport / Hongqiao Railway Station pick-up once: Very satisfied with the stay, would stay next time for a direct value for money, a sweet soup with pepper powder in the evening, and breakfast was fresh and fresh. He gave me a sense of what it means to be truly good service and truly enjoy being at home. There is not much fancy in this hotel, just a gentle and peaceful atmosphere. If you let your mind relax as soon as you walk in, let your mind empty, and forget the noise of the outside world. First of all, the facilities at this hotel are very fully equipped and spacious beds allow travelers to get a decent sleep. In the wardrobe, there is a full range of videos and writing, and then there is another bath with thoughtful disposable feet wipes and disposable bath bags to give you a sense of the hotel's deep love for inclusion. The value-for-money ratio was immediately satisfied. I will stay here again next time. And the service was very warm. Being at home is really becoming at home.very good

I did not have any expectations from this hotel due to the relative low price, however once I entered the Lobby I was warmly welcomed by the staff, the hotel is clean and modern and comfortable design. All staff very friendly including shuttle bus driver and breakfast personnel. Will go there again for my transit stay through Pudong Airport.
