Title: A Truly Incredible Experience with Exceptional Staff☺️ We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tahuna Beach Hotel and we must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was going to be a memorable stay. First and foremost, the staff at Tahuna Beach Hotel deserve all the praise in the world. They were not just attentive, but genuinely caring and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Whether it was the friendly greetings at the front desk, the impeccable service from the kitchen team, or the extraordinary gesture from the general manager who even provided transportation for us in his own car to the pier area for our next destination, every interaction left us feeling valued and welcomed. Despite their limited English proficiency, the staff's dedication shone through in every interaction. -I encountered a mishap during my trek to Mount Awu, where I misplaced my instant camera. A local found it, and with the help of Gilbert, one of the hotel staff members, the camera was safely retrieved and ensured it was in good condition. Additionally, when I slipped while trekking, my local guide called Gilbert, who promptly drove himself to arrange for me to be transported back to the hotel, ensuring my safety and well-being.These acts of kindness and exceptional service truly made my stay at Tahuna Beach Hotel and Resort unforgettable. Thank you so much🙏🏻 I can't wait to have the opportunity to return soon.

Nice to stay here and is coming back again in early December. All the staffs were very friendly and respectful, always showing their big smiles. Location is within walking distance for solo traveller like me. Small money for small room for sure but is tidy & clean, (always provided me with an old towels) bed is comfortable, restaurant setting and breakfast is good (to me), but haven't tried their lunch and dinner yet. Should anybody wanna visit Manado please do not hesitate to consider this place for location, convenience, comfortable and most importantly is safety as a tourist. This is only my personal point of view ok.

It is a newly built accommodation with good value for money. There was no hair dryer, the 1 in 3 shampoo needed to be separated, and the breakfast was a bit below expectations in terms of quality, but the facilities and service itself, such as the bed, were like a 4-star hotel. If you get a discount, you will be satisfied.

I was going on a jungle trip and this was the nearest hotel. I wouldn't have been attracted to the hotel, save for the location. However, it was a brilliant, friendly hotel with super staff. Breakfast was in the large restaurant on the ground floor with stunning murals. They were full of colour and vigour and clearly much thought had gone into the decor. Loved this hotel and would stay here again.

Hygiene: For two people, only one towel is changed at a time. There are not many toilet paper towels left and no spare! The floor cloth has not been changed and it is always wet! Environment: The room is small but fully equipped! Breakfast on the first floor. Nice place to work.

After I took a taxi to the hotel, I really didn't want to get off the bus, because in a small fishing village, the hotel does not have a gate~haha~a fence gate, just a turn at the entrance of an alley. . but! ! but! ! but! ! Do not regret coming! ! After coming in, it seems like a paradise~ Comfortable! quiet! Exclusive! This is the biggest feeling! Everyone in the hotel is top-notch! On the day we checked in, there were only four of us, but even if there were only four of us and two rooms, the hotel did not neglect in the slightest~ All equipment and facilities were open, and afternoon tea was prepared for the four of us, as if it was exclusive to the four of us. Hotel! Thank you so much! The environment is good. Although there is no beach, it is replaced by the fragrance of birds and flowers, exquisite and exquisite, including the dining! English is common!
