Booking during christmas market period, so hotel price is so high and another choice was fully booked. You NEED to check in on 3pm only even if I could check in before check in time in Paris.... but they have luggage locker but not free of charge. Room is clean, new and very big. Location is far from tram and bus (10 mins walk). I take the tram to central station for going to other city, tram is always delay :( it stop on the way then I missed the train ;( Recommend to book the hotel near main train station !

Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

Booking Numbers: *********** (PIN 5187/hotel confirmation number: ***************) and *********** (PIN 8304/hotel confirmation number: ***************). We arrived at the hotel just before 8.00 pm on 22/03/2024 - tired after after a long day of travelling. When I presented our ”Check-in vouchers” for the two rooms that we had reserved and pre-paid for online with Trip.com, the lady at the reception said that they were only room guarantees and did not represent that we had already paid for the rooms before arriving at the hotel. Therefore, I gave her our written receipts from Trip.com for our payments for the two rooms and asked her to call Trip.com to confirm that we had already paid for the two rooms. She then gave us incorrect entry codes for our two rooms, for which I had to return to the reception where she then gave me the correct entry codes. Later that evening when we passed the reception to to go out of the hotel to find somewhere to eat and I asked her if she had telephoned Trip.com yet, she acknowledged that the rooms had already been paid for online.

The hotel meets expectations. Simple and rather clean. Perfect for one night. On the other hand, the shower is a little tight with a shower curtain too close to the toilet, and paid parking (4 euros)! Damage !

The best thing is that there is free parking, and the surrounding old city buildings are very beautiful. Walk for 15 minutes and reach the center completely. But pay attention to checking the amount when buying snacks and small commodities. I bought bread and snacks for more than 3 euros, and was actually charged close to 7 yuan. Give me a small ticket calmly. Fortunately, the family was careful and was discovered. Typical rhythm of proficient crime. Simple and convenient, cost-effective stay. The sanitation and other conditions are similar to those of Jinjiang Inn. Suitable for self-driving travel.

It's a cheap basic hotel with small and clean rooms. Basic breakfast, but in accordance with the price. Price/quality ratio is OK. Close to main roads and restaurants. I've booked one night on TRIP.com, breakfast and taxes inclusive and I received a confirmation by email. Nevertheless, at arrival at the hotel, the deskmanager said that a Chinese firme (so, not directly TRIP.com) made our booking without breakfast and taxes and they claimed the payment.

The room is quite big and well-equipped, but the equipment is a bit old. The heating is sufficient. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the city center and scenic spots.

A great hotel, convenient location and clean rooms. Sometimes you hear neighbors behind the wall, but here is a lucky place with neighbors. The only question for pillows, very strange, is more like 2 pancakes.

About 10 mins walk from colmar station. Housekeeper is good, they folded our Pyjamas. However, there is a dried pee smell in the toilet area, although it looks clean. Could be the toilet bowl surface or the flooring that is permanently stained.

For breakfast, there are croissants and two to three types of bread to choose from, coffee and other beverages are provided by the machine, and the juices include orange juice and apple juice. Generally speaking, it is very economical and affordable for an adult at six euros (half price for children under twelve years old). However, the quadruple room (one double bed + bunk bed) really has limited space for activities. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and no kettle, but the hotel staff was very kind and willing to give us hot water.
