stayed here for a short break before gg to TH. small hotel but sufficient. no lifts, plenty parking space available. no toothbrush and shampoo, only liquid soap provided. our tv didnt work, called the technician and he changed the remote but still no channel detected. we hd to toggle it on our own to find channels, only 2 detected. toilet seat chipped off at the side. stayed in a family room, total of 6 pillows provided. đdeposit of rm50 in cash. all good, may return.
The experience staying at the hotel was amazing. The friendly staffs and good customer services. We were facilitated with complete peace and calm. The pool has three sections, which were kids, 4 feet and 4 feet 6 inch, and secured with 24-hour CCTV around the pool area. The pool were also completed with their own toilet and changing room. I love staying here, and I will recommend it to others as well. đ„°
Interesting location near Baling Town Center. From the window of room no 15 and no 17, there is a very beautiful view of Mount Baling. Room cleanliness is satisfactory. Free Wi-Fi facilities cannot be enjoyed in accommodation rooms No. 15 and No. 17. TV facilities are available in the rooms, but there is no coverage. A rather noisy sound from the accelerator fan in the bathroom in room no. 15.

During my recent stay at Malibest, I must say it was a nice experience. one of the standout features of this hotel is its prime location. Situated conveniently close to a variety of dining options (local and western foods). Overall this is a good choice for anyone looking for excellent service, ambiance, location etc.
Not old type Feeling comfy with the full length window make room feel not enclosed the view facing road glad no interrupt by road vehicle sound at all. Only 2 unsatisfied were bath room flooded when showering and many hair found on toilet bowl below( I had informed cleaner to clean it she apologised) and outside toilet the wall have costape n hair stick on it. A bit gross. Sry too busy not managed to inform the hotel staff as we rarely in the room. Overall ok. I will book again this room future hope hotel can rectify âflooded â in bath area
Had to choose this hotel as having course near merbok and easy to have dinner or anything to eat. Near Amanjaya mall, walking distance around 12min, however the hotel is like partially build. Saw half of the area with renovation on the same floor which I stayed. The doorâs room is not easy to be open, seems like youâre having wrong card assess and the one guy at the counter was having rude tone when i told him regarding the door
Wifi is free but no signal and cannot be access. The room smells and got to change it. Parking in front the hotel got to pay to the municipal council. Free parking at the back of the hotel but no security only CCTV. Hotel price is cheap compare to the quite large room for a person.

AAnonymous UserIt is inconvenient that there is no partition in the shower
At night, a cat and a rat ran around the 2nd floor and screamed, it was scary to go out, but it was not possible to inform the administrator about this, they answered only in the morning, although a number was indicated for communication after hours.
Besides, it's strange - is the hotel really completely unguarded at night, and in case of an emergency, no one will come to the rescue.
After cleaning, everything was OK at first, they stopped leaving towels for the second person, and on the last day they didn't leave any water.
However, the room itself is beautiful and comfortable. But the textiles with permanent stains and shabby, do not match the room level.

IinayusofI recently stayed at here, and it was exceptional. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning sea views. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay memorable. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!
MMOKHTARA wonderful and excellent hotel, worth staying in. Everything in it is perfect. I recommend staying in the hotel. It is close to all facilities, food, rest areas, the beach, everything is perfect.
Very good
Llen***s7Location not bad, being at the quieter end yet still within walking distance to the F&B and shops. Beam scooters avaliable in about 2 minites walking. Free parking space available but they might need to repaint the lines. No visible security measures and no gate at the entrance/exit. Haven't seen any security guard around and the guard house been empty whenever I passed by. The whole premise is open to access even at the back. The room door only has a door knob lock (latch), a safety concern since anyone could break in easily or duplicate the key. No lift, by the way, for people with heavy or bulky luggage. Room has a lot of space for luggage and circulation. Table and wardrobe are big enough for use. Small TV screen with limited channels. Has both ceiling fan and wall-mount air-con but the air-con takes very long to cool the room. For light-sleepers, the air-con, mini fridge and ceiling fan can be noisy for you but was ok for me. Bathroom sapce is decent. No shelf for toiletries at the shower area though. Biggest problem for me would be the water pressure too small for showering. Spent more than double the usual time showering because of very little water from the showerhead. Good that the ventilation window has mosquito net. There are 2 power points in the bathroom for use. Room cleaning everyday around noon, but you have to be in to reject it if you don't wish them to enter as there is no Do Not Disturb signage. So far all staff I encountered were very friendly and easy to communicate. Overall fine. Hope to see more improvement.
WwAco-jEsusOf course, you get what you pay for. And Paretto is a perfect example of righteousness of this proverb. Yes, hotel is really cheap, but offers decent family rooms with two comfortable beds and a great location in Cenang. But these two are actually only positives of Paretto. Also good were both aircons except one day when one wasnt working.
The hotel and everything in the hotel is old and outdated. The locks on the doors in the room are almost all broken, the shower room isn't kept clean, mould is all over the walls. Our balcony faced inner corridor of the hotel thus it was always extremely hot at the balcony. Overall all furniture and bed sheets are quite old and looked tired.
If you are budget traveller - Paretto is ok for maximum 3-4 nights, but if you need more comfort and modern hotel - try to avoid.
