Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Very accommodation and happy to answer all our questions. Hotel was super clean and modern and felt safe as needed to use room door card to enter hotel, lifts and corridor doors. Only a 5 minute walk to closest train station and 2 minutes from closest car park. Would recommend.

The hotel was lovely and clean and the room was just what we needed after a long day of travelling. It would have been nicer if we had a bath In the room but that is just personal preference. It was clean and tidy and we had tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were only a twenty minute walk from town a perfect distance to walk into town and walk back safely the route is well lit and pretty straight forward. The breakfast was fantastic and it is served overlooking the bay so a lovely morning view. The breakfast was buffet and we had multiple trips up and down to enjoy all the food. Our favourite was the pancake machine with the strawberry jam it was delicious.

Wasn't great mostly due to the fact that you had Taxi drivers outside beeping horns all hours of the night. People fighting and shouting outside the hotel. As well as the Fire alarm going off at about 10:40pm. I had to check out by 04:50 Am to catch a train and I didn't get to sleep until about 2:30am This hotel is however right next to Cardiff Central Station so perfect for Travelling by train. Which is why I booked here. After explaining my stay to reception I asked for a bottle of water for my travels and it was given to me complimentary which I really appreciated. The hotel Staff were polite and welcoming, however and the room was quite clean. TV didn't work however which is a shame.

We arrived at Cardiff Central by train, which is 15mins walking to this Premier Inn. It was very welcoming and staff friendly, rooms clean, with as much tea and coffee, which you took from the travellers store at the main entrance. My only gripe is as I have dietary requirements, They couldn't cater for them and had to make do with what was on offer. No gluten free food at night, Only what I would call general burgers, lasagne, steak battered fish and chips. Only veg on offer was peas. In this day and age Hotels need to cater for a variety of people's health conditions. Vegan/vegetarians are not Gluten free or Ibs sufferers or Celiacs. Which are complicated problems. It would be helpful if they offered something which could be adapted. .

Got a great deal on a room only basis so room was small but that's ok. Breakfast at £15.50 each was decent value as plenty of choice and catered for gluten free. Car parking at £15 per night was fine too. Hotel itself is starting to show its age but reception, main foyer and bar area were really nice. Staff all very friendly, so would stay again.

The room was generally clean and tidy although it was very noisy overnight due to its location, the beds were comfortable enough, an extra pillow would have been nice. Location was great for my trip, but the condition of the bathroom was a bit on the shabby side. The bottom of the bathroom door frame and the actual door were rotting and had been for quite a while

Stayed one night. Not sure if because of renovation, the reception area wasn't very welcoming, pretty much self check-in set up but staffed too. Busy hotel, popular pool, gym, need to wait your turn for sauna & steam room but Impressed with facilities. Room service food was basic. The room definitely need updating and shower pressure not great. Overall fine though, would stay again.

More than amazing , A really nice place with a good location, the service was excellent too especially the kind man “callum “ he was always ready on call “ i think he’s got a blink ability or smth :)) thank you very much for the hospitality and hope to see you again soon. Pleasant stay, very cozy and comfortable place, fully furnished with utensils and plates. Wifi was a little spotty, one of the sinks seemed to have drainage issues but otherwise it was a pleasant experience. Steve was readily contactable and accomodating - we got to leave our luggage at the inn past the checkout time while we explored the city. Highly recommended.

Close to the Cardiff Bay area and a very short bus to the main city and Cardiff Castle. Breakfast was excellent (but no muesli). Rooms spacious but no fridge (I think that the UK don't do fridges) we did enjoy our stay and would fully recommend staying here. Car park is next door at a multi carpark which is subsidised by the hotel @ 25 - 30%.
