Tirai berjamur. Kamarnya tidak kecil tapi fasilitasnya sudah tua. Saya benar-benar minta maaf untuk harganya. Lobi indah dan kamar rata-rata. Tidak ada bedanya dengan jaringan hotel, tapi jauh lebih mahal.

Beautiful old style Hotel, large rooms and an entrance from an elegant age, simply beautiful. Real class, only had the one night, but in Cardiff and I will stay again. Staff were friendly and helpful 🙂

A downtown hotel, centrally located and adjacent to Cardiff Castle. The hotel has a grander from another era which sets it apart from a modern hotel. The facilities were excellent and would highly recommended this hotel.

On arrival was told lift was out of action. Carried my case up 3 flights of stairs, quite tiring as they were carpeted.Arrived back on 2nd day and keycard didn't work, back down to reception for another which didn't work either. I said I'd have to have a breather before climbing 3 flights for the 3rd time only to be told there was another lift!!

Hotel is in easy walking distance of the citye centre, staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and the room was clean, tidy and perfect for my stay.

Reception where friendly and hotel when walking in is stunning.
Unfortunately few bad points…
Parking £15
Room (333) burn marks in floor, cracked sink, mouldy shower buttons.
No usb outputs.
Found bed uncomfortable but that could just be due to personal taste.

The staff here were exceptional nothing was too much trouble, from start to finish faultless!

TV didnt work properly, single glazed rooms very cold in recent cold snap. Reported TV issue to no reception; no action taken by property.
