Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

Jaraknya tepat untuk pergi ke Disney. Ada juga pengering rambut dan ketel. Dasar bak mandi terasa agak kasar, tapi karena ini pancuran, saya bisa menggunakannya tanpa masalah. Keran hanya ada satu, tapi cermin di wastafel sangat besar! Perlu diketahui bahwa suara AC cukup keras. Semua staf baik dan tersenyum! Saya rasa saya akan datang ke sini lagi lain kali, termasuk evaluasi dan harga di atas.

I had a special and wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed here for two nights for my birthday. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and a very friendly and kind hotel staff greeted me in Japanese and let me check in immediately. Moreover, they upgraded our room. On the first night, when I came back from Disney and entered the room, there was a paper bag and a letter. Inside was a Disney gift from the hotel. I was really moved and very happy. I didn't have time to thank the hotel staff in person, but I really appreciate it. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience!

Close to Disney ! Big rooms and big kitchen the only downside is it’s a little bit rundown but overall good location

Saya punya beberapa kekhawatiran setelah membaca ulasannya, tapi Secara keseluruhan itu bagus. Ketika ditanya apakah saya akan menginap lagi Saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi. Namun, saya disuruh datang mengambilnya jam 5 sore. Sebuah motel mungkin ternyata lebih tenang daripada sebuah hotel. Keesokan harinya, saya menginap di sebuah hotel di Santa Monica dengan harga mulai dari $300, tetapi lebih tenang daripada di sana. Tidak ada toko serba ada di sekitar, tetapi Anda bisa mendapatkan air ($3) di resepsi hotel. Anda bisa membeli makanan ringan. Saya tidak bisa memikirkan apa pun yang buruk tentang hal itu. The hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland. On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra. I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day. Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
