Breakfast is excellent, must try for at least one time! They provide free sake even at the breakfast time (I don't drink though)... Nice & clean, staff are helpful & polite, just a bit away from JR station...

Liked this hotel for the following 1) very clean 2) the room type we booked is one of the biggest hence we enjoyed the room very much 3) netflix! 4) comfortable bed and duvet 5) complimentary tea and water at dispenser near lift of each floor The things we didnt enjoy too much 1) distance from Aomori station. 25 mins walk. 5mins by bus 2) toilet is rather small though we got used to it

We have forgotten one essential thing at the hotel. Once we try to contact the hotel reception after midnight, we get their prompt attention and quick response. The hotel reception has a good service mind and helps to send our belonging to our next accommodation in time. The hotel is near Aomori Station and interesting places such as Furukawa fish market, A-Factory, Nebuta Museum, where we can walk from the hotel. Furthermore, there was a Christmas tree with a lot of snow beside the hotel. We have fun to visit there.

It was a bit of a walk from the train station (heavy snow didn't make it easier). We opted for the deluxe room which came with a message chair. It was so helpful in relieving our aches and tiredness every evening after we returned to our room from our day trips. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate.

The location is great, near the train station and restaurants are around the hotel. The parking attendant is very friendly. However the room is a little small and we have a family of 3, so need to split into 2 rooms. The hot bath, ice cream and noodle are great!

With Hirosaki Station to your back, Toyoko to the right, Route Inn directly in front, and Art Hotel to the left, it was easy to find. Apparently the downtown area of ​​Hirosaki is closer to Hirosaki Castle than the station, and the bus service ends early, so I walked 30 minutes through the snow to go see the evening lantern festival. I knew this, but it's still tough when there are no buses. I think breakfast is free for all guests, but the variety of dishes is surprising for something that's free, so I was very satisfied. I also like that it starts early, from 6-9am. It gets busy just after 6am, but around 6:30am I was able to eat without having to queue. There was also an artificial hot spring on the 14th floor, which was small but relaxing. All of this makes 6,000 yen for a Saturday stay cheap. There is no free water in the room

It was very convenient, right in front of Aomori Station and close to a convenience store. The staff at the front desk and breakfast venue were very kind and helpful. The curry was delicious. I'll write down some things I thought were important. No matter how many times I tried to enter the number to unlock the large bath entrance door, it would give an error, and when I tried again several times, a warning sound (not a loud one) rang out. I checked to see if there was a phone nearby that could connect to the front desk, but I couldn't find one, so I went to the front desk and explained the situation, and the key unlock number I was given at check-in was incorrect. After 2-3 minutes, I was given a paper with the correct number and told that I could try again. When I returned to the large bath entrance door, I couldn't enter the number right away, and after a while I was finally able to unlock it and go inside. There was no heating in the changing room, so it was very cold, and I wondered later on in the morning if it was worth going through this when I was short on time. I thought it would be a shame if they had let me know if they had given me a paper with the wrong number.
