PPengguna AnonimThe hotel is generally nice And the staff members are super friendly. Facility-wise, it is a bit out-dated, but you can see this staff is trying the best to keep it clean. They also have an interesting buffet offering for 20 dollars, i haven't tried it out, but i heard it quite nice.

The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower.
the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor.
Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does.
The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote.
Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work.
Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits.
It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.

TTamuNo car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable.
I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

SShe3Very very good location!! Most attractions are just walking distance especially the Rundle Plaza. Like 6-8 mins away from the hotel. Railway and bus stations are also close. If you’re into western fastfood, there’s a KFC and McDo both sides of the street where the hotel is located. Many food choices for breakfast buffet. Room and T&B is big and clean. Complete with amenities with small fridge and iron and stand. Highly recommended and will probably book here again next time! 💕

TTamuThis is a great location and i enjoyed my stay albeit a couple of niggles. The shape of the room meant the TV was so far away from the bed. It seemed positioned perfectly to watch TV from the bath, but id rather have a comfortable viewing from the bed. It also meant two of us squeezed on to one side of the b
Bed to be able to see the TV. The mattress was also uncomfortable and clearly needs replacing. It sloped one side and had a big bump in the centre.
Overall a good hotel but I wouldn't stay in that specific room again.

TTamuWe had a great stay at Hotel Grand Chancellor Adelaide. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were good overall. Service was friendly and helpful. A solid choice for a stay in Adelaide!

TTamuWe loved our stay at the Rydges hotel,the ambience, the service, the service providers and the entire crew were lovely.Being a first time in Adelide, the visit was made superb by the amazing experience we got from the hotel. Their rooms are clean, amenities are excellent, rooms are spacious, views are scenic and it is cvonveniently located to any major plae you would like to visit. I loved how generous their compliments are, including the fridge with merchandise that would be essential in the middle of the night or so! It was also fairly priced and we loved our spa and pool sessions.
If you need to relax and unwind in a well hosted environment in Adelide, do'nt hesitate to make a booking. I will definitely book them if I have to go back.Thank you😊😊😊😊
