Saya memilih Hotel Hatten saat pergi ke Malaka bersama teman-teman kali ini. Lokasinya benar-benar juara, tepat di pusat kota, jadi sangat mudah untuk ke tempat-tempat wisata utama dan pusat perbelanjaan. Kamar cukup luas, dan staf pelayanannya juga ramah. Namun, fasilitasnya memang terasa sudah tua dan pemeliharaannya kurang maksimal, detail kebersihannya juga bisa ditingkatkan lagi. Secara keseluruhan, masih sepadan dengan harganya, cocok untuk wisatawan yang sangat mementingkan lokasi dan tidak terlalu sensitif terhadap fasilitas yang sudah lama atau baru.

Puas hati duduk hotel ni,bawa anak anak masa deepavali.sarapan pagi pun memang puas hati ,semua kakitangan baik hati.hotel semua bersih.nanti next time kami datang lagi.saya bagi 10 bintang ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.terbaik Bayview hotel melaka.

Our stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼 The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour. Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more? I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I'd like to share regarding our stay. Unfortunately, we had a rather unsettling experience during the night. Around midnight (between 12am and 1am), someone attempted to access the unit using a key, we could clearly hear the sound of a key trying to unlock the door. This caused quite a fright, especially for the children. Suggestions: • It would be highly recommended to install an internal door lock for added security. Ideally, a CCTV camera or a door peephole would also help, so guests can see who is outside before opening the door or windows. Aside from that incident, the stay was generally pleasant. A few minor maintenance issues to note: • Some lights and remotes may need to be checked for proper functioning. • The toilet bowl feels a bit unstable as it is shaking and need a fix. It definitely worth for a returns if all these can be improved. 😊

Rumah kemas,bersih dan selesa.Anak-anak sangat suka dapat katil tingkat atas,seronok mandi kolam.Lokasinya juga dekat dengan tempat tarikan.Mungkin akan menginap disini lagi sekiranya datang ke Melaka selepas ini.
