Very nice hotel with ”rooms” (trulli) scattered throughout Alberobello, impeccable cleaning of the trullo as well as attention to detail. Having many trulli scattered around the town the reception is not within walking distance and consequently not even where you have breakfast. Very helpful since we delayed by 20 minutes the time of our breakfast that we had booked between 10 and 10.30. Appreciated the tea that was offered but a coffee machine in the trullo would have been much better and it was a real shame to check out between 9 and 10.30. Recommended to try at least for 2 nights.. Thanks

Trip.com booking did not highlight nor state clearly that check in process is unusual. It was complicated and not timely and clearly alerted to Instructions on how to check in. We were very inconvenienced by the lack of timely clear instruction. We arrived earlier because there was only one (overnight) ferry crossing to Bari per day. So we had to look for the hotel to leave luggage at the least. But the hotel entrance (or gate?) is closed or we just couldn't find it. So in desperation in the raining cold that morning, we asked a passerby for help. FINALLY, after a long long conversation under the rain, contacting the host, we could finally be allowed to check in. These frustrations could have been avoided if instructions were given earlier or guests warned earlier of unusual way of checking in. We didn't receive instructions till we managed to contact the host thru a kind Italian soul who was able to speak English to help us. A few passers-by we approached couldn't speak English or ignore us because it was raining heavily.

Very friendly and smiling reception service. Very fast lift, breakfast that can feed an army, room on the sixth floor with a crazy view, large, mini bar, air conditioning and many other comforts. You can also use the swimming pool. Nice experience, I would do it again

there was no hot water on the first day of our stay. and the lady at the front desk let us waited for 20 minutes or so in the room without a reply. we asked again and she said there was nothing the hotel could do. the way this staff handle this minor problem just made worse! hotel room was dim. bed mattress was not comfortable. the gentleman serving the breakfast food has good manner and responsible.

Close to the center. 15 minutes on foot. Spacious (deluxe) room with shower. Great television with hdmi port. 2 armchairs, large dressing room, large bed. Hearty breakfast. Spacious elevator. Bad point the carpet in the room which is not hygienic. The night luminosity: emergency exit light visible, just like that of the air conditioning.

Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

The location is good and the balcony view is so great. The bed is very high-end, and the floor height is high, so it is refreshing. Plus, the rooms are very clean.

Basen płytki, kameralny, ale do odpoczynku i opalania wystarczający. Śniadania bardzo dobre, dość duży wybór (sery, wędliny, lokalne dania typu foccacia barese, płatki, musli, różne rodzaje mleka, soki owocowe, świeże owoce, jogurty, panna cotta, świeżo parzona kawa, muffinki, donuty, croissanty, tosty, świeże bułki, dżemy, jajecznica z bekonem, kiełbaski na ciepło, fasolka), ale codziennie ten sam wybór. W hotelu znajduje się ogólnodostępny komputer z drukarką przy recepcji. Jedyny minus to położenie hotelu (choć zależy kto jaki ma cel wizyty)- ok. 4km pieszo miastem do dworca głównego i do centrum. Do plaży jeszcze więcej (ok. godziny spaceru). Okolica hotelu - typowe blokowisko, ale spokojnie i bezpiecznie. W pobliżu dość dużo restauracji, sklep. Na terenie hotelu znajduje się również restauracja oraz samoobsługowy minibarek. W hotelu jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho.

The hotel is located in a strategic point, a few kilometers from Bari, Polignano and Monopoli. You have to move by car as it is located on the highway. In front of the hotel a breathtaking view with the sunset over the sea. Excellent service, everyone very kind. Excellent breakfast made on the terrace on the sixth floor with a view of the sea.

Breakfast is excellent and very varied! Cool pool! Almost empty! We checked in early, at 9:30! Thanks a lot!! Although initially, as soon as I approached the reception after arrival, they told me to wait until 12:00. Then they apparently changed their minds. The room has a comfortable mattress! There is a free shuttle. Of the minuses. There were dirty windows almost everywhere (in the room, in the elevator, in the spa area), there was no hair conditioner, there was no reception phone number in the room. I had to go down. I ordered a shuttle to the airport. He left earlier, without me. As a replacement, the reception called a taxi. The car that arrived was a little shocking. Old, dirty, completely destroyed Kia. Thank you for finding a replacement, but it was not very pleasant to see and ride on this transport. The location is not very convenient. Quite far from the center, from the train station. Overall, though, I was satisfied! I think I'll be back!

Very nice hotel, right by the sea. The room has a small balcony to see the sea blowing, very comfortable. Breakfast is on the sixth floor and it is also an unrivalled sea view. About ten minutes walk around, it is the central location of the local area. There are shopping malls, restaurants and bars, which is very lively. Take a taxi to the train station 8 euros.

Хорошая комната, единственное надо заморочиться что бы попасть во внутрь. На домофона надо найти название отеля, среди жильцов. Это делается стрелками вверх вниз, потом нажать звоночек. Мне не сообщили номер комнаты, дали только код входной двери, он же код комнаты, благо на этаже всего 6 комнат, ходил набирал свой код к каждой двери, конечно моя последняя, а в общем неплохо все

The rooms are very modern and very clean, the breakfast is good, the hotel is well located next to a beach and there are plenty of buses that go to the city. The hotel shuttle to the old town is free, it's great. We really liked the pool, the sweet potato fries and the stews to enjoy by the pool. The staff is perfect, and special mention for Vito, the pool boy who is extremely nice and very helpful

Booked two deluxe rooms (one for single pax and the other for two pax) but was given two rooms of different sizes instead - not very impressed to say the least! Room decor has seen its better days to be honest! Plastic tables and chairs in the room for a 4-star property are pure cheapskates! Air conditioning still hasn’t been switched back on in late April when temperature already reaching low 20 Celsius! Had to stay and sleep in the room with window shut because of noisy disco noises nearby lasting beyond 2 am in the wee hours of Sunday morning ! Got ‘roasted and baked’ in the room with no ventilation as a result - not very ideal when covid is still raging! Still couldn’t understand why the hotel still insists on ‘no self-service’ for buffet breakfast - apparently in the name of covid! ‘Accidentally’ tried to pick up some breakfast items by myself on arrival as there was no sign on display stating the not-so-obvious ‘no self-service’ policy but was told off by one of 2 staff members on duty with plate being ‘snatched’ from my hands! The paradox being this practice caused long queue with only 2 staff members available to pick and dish out items for guests! Long queue and mass gathering of guests would not spread covid but picking up your own food with disinfected hands would apparently! Few ironic observations made though! The two specific staff members on food picking duty didn’t wear gloves at all when picking food with thongs for guests - is that even covid-safe??? One of the two members on that specific food picking duty went on to pick food for guests after clearing and cleaning up table with bare hands and then went over to do their food picking duty for other guests without washing or disinfecting their hands - covid safe I fear not??? If insisting on ‘no self-service’ policy, make sure you have sufficient staff to handle constant stream of guests coming in for breakfast! I was certainly being put off by either long queue or absent staff to help pick the food I wanted!

We liked the room very much. This is a flat, divided into several rooms. Registration is independent but very understandable. Beautiful view from the window. Very clean. A cosmetic set and slippers are offered. Only the hoods 😊 are missing. Daily cleaning! There is a coffee machine, a teapot, coffee capsules. Everything is. There are grocery stores, cafes, bars, old city! The shower needs a shelf for gel, and a hook for towels. The mattress, for soft. It 's not 5*, it 's a good level 3* Room! Рекомендую!

What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period. Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

There are three big bed rooms, you can live in a family, have a kitchen, very convenient. But the bed is too soft, not very sleepy, very interesting mushroom house, it is worth staying

酒店入住的感覺很好，前台服務很周到。意大利南部冬天晚上很冷，房間裏的空調製熱效果很好。住的是單人房，空間非常狹小，但是打掃的很乾凈。酒店有停車場，免費。早餐種類比較多。
