The hotel is located in a prime area, right outside the train station, offering easy access to the airport, attractions, and restaurants. Stayed for 2 nights only, for the price I paid I have nothing to complain about. One bus without changing can take us to the city which was convenient. Check in and out was very easy also. My cabin was very small but still had almost everything we needed to be fair. Windows do require a bit of extra cleaning. If you are on a budget I am recommending it for sure, but they have other options as well, worth a try. Thanks

Very pleased with my stay. Hotel kindly upgraded me from a Single Room to a Double Room in low season in November, which is really nice. The room is spacious, with good natural light, double glazed windows and good ventilation/air con/heating. Toilet with stand shower is of a good size as well, not too small and cramped. Hotel location is super close to the central station in Florence, around 5 mins walk only to it, which is very ideal for travellers arriving into Florence by rail. It's slow walkable to pretty much all attractions (within 15-25 mins), so is a good place to base yourself in for a short stay. Similar to many hotels in Italy, there are a few steps at the entrance but there is a lift to get you up to your room. Check-in process is smooth and complimentary breakfast is decent. I especially love the coffee and jucie machine and pancakes offered. It'd be great if besides scrambled eggs, some kind of breakfast meats like sausages can also be offered. They do have some basic cold cuts and cheese and ham as well, yogurt, and cornflakes, it's a more diverse continental breakfast, which is great for a 3 Star Hotel. As the hotel is very close to the Train Station, you do hear trains / trams passing through from the streets, but the noise level is acceptable with the double glazed windows' insulation. I would recommend this hotel for solo travellers.

However, when I arrived, what I found was friendly and helpful staff, and great rooms. I guess I really wasn't expecting much, so was impressed by everything. The room had everything I needed, even free water and coffee. I wish there was an iron in the hotel though, but not all hotels have irons in the rooms, understandable. The shower had a ”water spent” device installed onto it which gave me anxiety because I realised I spent too much water just by trying to figure how the shower works (which one is hot/cold? etc). I liked the vibe of the hotel bar, and loved that the hotel's front garden was closed at night, only way in was by using your room key, which I guess is for safety reasons. Wish I had enough time to swim in the pool, it looked very clean. The bar had a wonderful vibe. The lifts are a bit confusing and very slow for year 2024. But I'm not sure that can be fixed without a massive investment. Would make the guests a lot happier though. Overall, I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Florence. And that says something, because I usually like to change hotels and don't tend to stay at the same place twice.

I stayed for a month so I can make a complete review, I think. I tried both the 4 and 6-bed rooms to sleep, structured on well-made bunk beds all in steel. Comfortable mattresses, the only thing is the covering is a bit viscous and makes rumlrye even at night, but it's not a big deal. I found the 4-bed rooms better (very spacious, the ones on the right when you exit the elevators numbers X01 -X10, X is the floor number). Both types of rooms have private bathrooms. The larger ones have two bathrooms, with shower and sink, the other with sink and toilet, without bidet. Intelligently very comfortable since there are 4 in 6 if the one with the shower is occupied you can easily go to the other to maximize time. The structure is 7 floors, plus a floor -1 floor, where the large served dining room is located, the kitchen where guests can cook for themselves, toilets and more. It is not perfect, there are some small shortcomings here and there, distributed in various sectors more often due to rude customers, than the structure, but overall I absolutely recommend it. I was fine, also because the staff is competent, polite, always available to solve the customer's problems. I thank the director of the facility for having treated me with kid gloves from the beginning and for having resolved disputes with other users who were tenants of my same rooms for reasons of rudeness. The hotel didn’t even have a regular refrigerator or slippers. The room was small for two people, the sheets on the bed were dirty, and there were no extra sheets in the room. There was also no heating system. However, its location was excellent for visiting Florence's historical and natural attractions.

Distant from Florence train station to hotel is far 40min. Bus service also not reliable. Hotel only provide half day service before 2pm. Guest in the hotel is loud at night. There no aircon working in the hotel due the outside weather 16c. We have to open window to get cold air in. Unfortunately it make the room noise unbearable because of the traffic car outside facing the window. Mosquito appear in the room at night. So please request for repellent.

The design of the room is amazing which is large enough and very clean. Mini bar is free with very nice gift to the guests. Just 10 mins to walk to the town with the parking available in the hotel.

It is a good place to stay for travelers traveling by car. The room was clean and most of all, my family really liked the breakfast. The Leaning Tower of Pisa is visible from the hotel parking lot and is about 5 minutes away by car. I think I will stay at this hotel again next time.

We arrived after 23. There was no receptionist. The self check in machine was not properly functioning. I waited an hour to check in because of the malfunctioning of the system. I was furious. But it was clean and close to airport.

The location is really convenient. It’s just about 2 min walking from Pisa Central Train Station and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes near hotel. The receptionists are really nice and friendly. I had a great time at Hotel La Pace. ☺️

The hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room. I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic. The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go. A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive. The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean. Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum. Thank you for the rest.

A 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful! We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass. Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!
