Kamar deluxe double yang saya pesan memang tidak kecil, kamarnya relatif bersih, ada pojok tas kemasan tertentu di lantai, ada beberapa lubang bekas puntung rokok di sofa, ada dua bekas cairan tak dikenal di atasnya. bantal sofanya, saya tanya ke petugas kebersihan kamar, tidak bisa diganti, dan jawabannya tidak bisa diubah. Anak yang saya bawa mau tambah quilt dan bantal, front desk jawab kamar penuh dan tidak ada tambahan quilt, jadi saya tambah bantal tambahan. Lampu meja tidak berfungsi. Akhirnya saya menemukan kepala lampu jatuh dan salah satu kabel putus. Hanya ada satu kabel yang tergantung di sana. Saya bertanya kepada pengurus rumah dan mengatakan mereka tidak bisa menggantinya. Pasti ada sudah lama rusak. Ada suara bising saat pintu kamar mandi dibuka dan ditutup, apalagi di malam hari! Our stay was excellent. We arrived at night, very tired after a long journey, and were warmly and efficiently welcomed. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The service provided by all the staff—from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast area—was consistently kind and professional.
A great advantage was the self-service laundry facilities, which allowed us to wash our clothes conveniently. Another highlight was the varied buffet breakfast: everything was fresh and delicious, and we truly enjoyed it—trying a few new dishes for the first time!
The location is outstanding, just across from the station. We would gladly stay here again without hesitation and will certainly recommend it.

This hotel was honestly a 10/10 stay. The service was excellent! Friendly , attentive, and very welcoming from start to finish. The room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt thoughtfully designed.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely, with stylish decorations and a really pleasant vibe throughout the common areas. We especially enjoyed the small coffee and snack area, which was a really nice touch and made the stay feel extra comfortable.
the location itself was great right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d happily come back.

Ruangan itu baru saja direnovasi tahun ini dan masih memiliki sedikit nuansa dekorasi. Pelayanan resepsionis dan pelayanan pemiliknya sangat antusias. Karena sulit parkir di pintu, pemiliknya keluar untuk membantu mencari tempat. Hotelnya memang di perempatan jalan, tapi tidak berisik seperti yang dibayangkan. Letaknya juga dekat dengan pasar malam, dan hanya butuh waktu sekitar 5-8 menit jalan kaki ke sana, lumayan juga.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a snack of dried dates, bread, butter and tzampa, accompanied by some delicious tea.
We stayed with this family for two days and they always offered us breakfast, the first day with house tea and fresh bread, the second day with coffee and fried bread.
We spent the evening with them and they always kept offering us food and tea, always making us feel welcome.
The house is wonderful, ******* style, wooden, always very clean.
The beds are really comfortable, and they have a warming blanket. Inside our room we also had an electric heater to warm ourselves, which made the room really warm and cosy.
The bathroom has hot water.
You can fill your water bottles from the drinking water containers they have in front of each room.
We always saw them cleaning the common areas.
The owner, his wife and their three children welcomed us warmly like family.
I will recommend them to all my friends.

The staff and owner were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The owner, a talented artist, treated us like family, sharing his local and cultural knowledge over cups of delicious tea. We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, perfect for relaxation. The hotel had cozy spots inside and outside to soak up the sun while enjoying a good book. The hot pot dinner was mouthwatering and warmed us up on chilly nights. With its convenient location, we easily explored Jiayuguan Pass and the Great Wall. This hotel's hospitality was top-notch, and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!

TTamuIdyllic and relaxing resort-like property in the countryside, yet only 5-15 minutes drive away from the airport and major attractions. We deliberately chose this semi-rural location for a peaceful rest after the long sunny visits to Mogao Grottoes and Mingsha Mountain. So happy with our choice.
The rooms are huge, new, clean and well furnished. The bed and duvet are luxuriously comfortable, it was so difficult to get out of bed.
Breakfast is in the beautiful dining room behind the main building, surrounded by the lush garden. The home-cooked light healthy breakfast was nourishing, a welcomed contrast to the heavy greasy food in restaurants.
The lobby has a convivial lounge area with generous supply of local snacks.
Most importantly, the service of the two bosses and their staff have been heartwarming and filled with love. We felt like guests in their home. One day my elderly dad didn't go out. The owners even took care of my dad by including him in their team lunch and showed him around the property garden. We were so touched.
Thank you Zhang An and team for this unforgettable lovely experience. We will be back.

TTamuI arrived at the hotel around four in the morning, exhausted and with tempered expectations after a major flight delay. To my great surprise, the staff had patiently waited for me despite the ungodly hour. Everything was prepared, and the check-in proceeded smoothly and professionally, without any trace of impatience or reluctance. This attentiveness and consideration from the very first contact set the tone for my entire stay.
The room far exceeded my expectations. Not only was it exceptionally comfortable, but it also offered that rare standard where price and quality stand in a remarkable relationship to one another. The cleanliness was impeccable, the furnishings tasteful and thoughtfully arranged – one could sense genuine care in every detail.
The breakfast deserves special mention: an abundant selection offered both traditional Chinese dishes and European options for Western palates. The quality of the food was consistently high, freshly prepared and lovingly presented. It was evident that international guests' needs are genuinely considered here, without sacrificing local authenticity.
What truly distinguishes this hotel, however, is its staff. The friendliness and attentiveness with which one is received and cared for goes far beyond the usual service level. This is the kind of hospitality that doesn't feel forced, but springs from genuine warmth.
For anyone visiting Dunhuang – whether following in the footsteps of the Silk Road or exploring the breathtaking Mogao Grottoes – I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It not only provides an excellent base for exploration, but becomes itself a positive part of the travel experience.
