This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location was near to one of the squares which had the Christmas market. But about a 30 min walk to the famous arc. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - food offerings were simple with not much variety but tasted decent. Good enough just for some fuel to start the day.

Beautiful place, and beautiful views, clean and tidy. I was in a shared dorm and was three bunk beds high :/, room was cool with Aircon. Nice shared Kitchen, but oven was broken and even though my food was labelled someone took it:/. But overall a beautiful place, I don't know why everyone is complaining about it being up a hill though, as in Portugal it can't be avoided.

酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

Hotel yang sangat cocok untuk membawa anak-anak karena terdapat beberapa konsol permainan untuk dimainkan anak-anak. Hanya saja agak membingungkan untuk masuk ke tempat parkir. Setelah mendapatkan tiket, tidak terlalu lama menunggu rolling door naik untuk tempat parkir. Letaknya di luar kota Lisbon. Terdapat supermarket yang sangat besar di dekatnya, berjarak 10 hingga 15 menit berjalan kaki.

Lokasi yang layak. Ukuran kamar cukup baik, tetapi lantainya bisa lebih bersih. Selimutnya sangat tipis dan meskipun pemanasnya menyala, saya harus melipat selimut menjadi dua agar saya merasa lebih hangat. Kamarnya cukup berisik, saya bisa mendengar orang-orang berbicara di lorong, kamar mereka, dan lalu lintas di dekat lift cukup ramai. Kamar mandinya lumayan, tekanan air pancurannya bagus, tetapi kontrol suhunya agak sulit diatur. Air wastafel tidak memiliki pilihan air hangat, dan terasa sangat boros setiap kali Anda membutuhkan air dari wastafel, airnya akan terus mengalir hingga mati. Wifi-nya kadang-kadang tidak stabil, tetapi kalau berfungsi, tidak apa-apa. Mereka menyediakan bar dan minuman selamat datang yang menyenangkan, teras luarnya juga tampak cantik. Sarapannya agak mengecewakan: roti panggang, sereal, beberapa buah, serta mentimun dan tomat. Seorang pria meminta kopi dan petugas menunjuk ke mesin dan berkata ”semuanya ada di sana”, tetapi ketika saya melihat mesinnya, semua pilihan kopi mengatakan ”tidak tersedia”. Mesinnya juga perlu dibersihkan. Pilihan tehnya cukup bagus. Lokasinya lumayan, sekitar 10 menit jalan kaki dari awal Avenida da Liberdade. Mereka punya dapur di lantai dasar jika Anda lebih suka memasak makanan sendiri (yang akan lebih baik daripada makan malam yang mengecewakan yang saya alami). Mereka juga menawarkan tur jalan kaki yang keren. Pengalaman khas hostel.
