This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. 部屋やホテル自体は非常に綺麗かつモダンで過ごしやすいです。しっかりシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが用意してあったり、無料の水やお茶、コーヒーの用意があるなど、コスパも非常に良いです。 しかしサービス面で問題があります。夜中にエアコン周辺からの水漏れが起き、whatsappを通じて連絡しましたが返信まで1時間もかかりました。部屋の交換を申し出てくれましたが、もう深夜だったのでひとまず断りました。が、その後フォローアップの連絡や水漏れ箇所の確認などもなし。なんのサポートもヘルプもありませんでした。 新しいタオルはセルフサービスですが、水漏れを拭くのに使ったので次の日新しいものを取りに行ったら1つしかない、部屋の床には糞がこびりついているなど、部屋がとても綺麗で心地よかった分、サービスや問題が起きた時の対応が非常不快でした。 フロントがないので仕方のないことですが、その分問題が起きたときの対応はしっかりすべきだと思います。このホテルチェーンには二度と泊まりません。

La ubicación muy linda. La temática del hotel se respeta en todo momento. La atención también fue excelente. El ubicación es perfecta, salvo que al haber un pub en el piso de abajo, se puede llegar a escuchar fin poco de ruido (igualmente las ventanas estimo que están insonorizadas).

Overall, location is good, quiet and easy to get into central area via tram/bus/uber. Kitchen facilities inside the studio are useful and cleaning service is provided to change towels. Areas of improvements needed: - No arrival instructions were provided, even when asked prior to arriving. This left us hanging outside the building as we had no access code to enter. - Dirty dishes were left inside the dishwasher when we arrived

Selimutnya sangat tipis dan meskipun pemanasnya menyala, saya harus melipat selimut menjadi dua agar saya merasa lebih hangat. Kamarnya cukup berisik, saya bisa mendengar orang-orang berbicara di lorong, kamar mereka, dan lalu lintas di dekat lift cukup ramai. Kamar mandinya lumayan, tekanan air pancurannya bagus, tetapi kontrol suhunya agak sulit diatur. Air wastafel tidak memiliki pilihan air hangat, dan terasa sangat boros setiap kali Anda membutuhkan air dari wastafel, airnya akan terus mengalir hingga mati. Wifi-nya kadang-kadang tidak stabil, tetapi kalau berfungsi, tidak apa-apa. Mereka menyediakan bar dan minuman selamat datang yang menyenangkan, teras luarnya juga tampak cantik. Mereka punya dapur di lantai dasar jika Anda lebih suka memasak makanan sendiri (yang akan lebih baik daripada makan malam yang mengecewakan yang saya alami).
