Ssusan ᐝ在辛特拉“被虐”後來到里斯本休整，這家酒店事實證明是很好的選擇。位置絕佳，周圍商店、餐廳很多，步行到河邊以及arco Augusta很方便。房間寬敞，酒店提供的各種附加服務超棒，感覺回到了國內酒店，比如飲用水暢飲，大堂零食暢享受。 酒店還提供免費早餐送到客房！ 位於負一樓的健身房也是一個特點，居然周圍環境是羅馬遺跡！ 特別感謝禮賓部的Nuno 先生，在我離開酒店去Évora當日被迫放棄事先預訂的uber（司機要求取消訂單付款現金）時，迅速為我安排了一輛很舒適的車以及很專業的司機安全把我送達Évora，刷卡付款，還很熱情地推薦給我當地他帶家人去過的餐廳。 總之四晚入住體驗很好，酒店的服務很到位。

TTamu地理位置優越，接待，衞生，服務都很好，除了房間略小。出門轉轉很方便，樓下就是法國小牛肉，最好提前預約。酒店內甜品店也很美味，都沒有很甜，值得一試。早餐是點單式的，也很豐富。住上兩天可以節省不少體。

AAjay k shahWhat the website shows photos is full window but actually they gave small window , check in stuff was rude , checkout we tried calling to get our luggage no one picked up for 15 min so we had to drag all 4 bags to lobby which was 500 meters away , hotel so lovely , spay and pool was helpful for excercise but staff can be improved in check in and checkout

TTamuI decided to get this hotel because of the Spa but at my check in they said is ta paid separately
:( disappointed.
Also it's a 4 stairs hotel BUT they do not provide iron for your clothes, I'm travelling for business then it was a really bad news.
I liked the breakfast, location.
This buiding is just front of the Metro station.

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
