TTamu這次入住感遠超預期，酒店位置絕美，離太白之眼音樂噴泉很近，大概二三百米，步行也就幾分鐘時間，出酒店門左轉不到一百米，就有兩條街，吃飯購物很方便。房間佈置很温馨，床品柔軟貼身，床墊很舒服，支撐力剛剛好，讓我睡了一晚安穩覺。衞生間用品全是一次性的，讓人用着放心，熱水壓力大，而且很穩定。總之是一個性價比拉滿的酒店。

TTamu鳳凰温泉專門打造的玻璃屋湯院，一共衹有9座，共有3排、每排3座。第1排到第3排分別命名為星天外、花間堂、雨山前。 入住前電話聯繫，服務很熱情周到。入住期間吃住全包飲料暢享，早餐口味很好，晚餐是火鍋。房間設施中規中矩，洗手枱上準備了品類豐富的生活用品都可以帶走，可以免費加床，後院有私湯。 入住期間還可以去泡鳳凰温泉，太白山的老牌温泉，湯池種類多，有免費水果。還有一個小小的小童樂園，有龍舟鞦韆、彩虹滑道。

TTamuKirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

CCameo19An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

TTamuEverything is good except the breakfast. For such a big hotel, the breakfast is shockingly terrible, no standard at all. Just 6 items -hard bolied eggs man tou, 2 cold dishes, 1 cucumber ”warm” dish and 2 pots of yellow wheat porridge. Not a single beverage!! This BF only cater for tour grps. Other customers like us managed to get additional, a cup of soya milk. The food was totally cold, man tou is so 'hard'. So disappointing!!
