TTamu**3-Star Review for voco Hotel** I recently stayed at a voco hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel has a modern and vibrant atmosphere that I really enjoyed upon arrival. The décor is stylish, and the overall ambiance is inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm welcome during check-in. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. While the room was clean and well-appointed, I found it to be smaller than I expected, which made it a bit cramped for two guests. Additionally, I encountered some minor issues with the amenities; for instance, the Wi-Fi was somewhat unreliable at times, which was frustrating during my stay. The hotel's location was decent, with several restaurants and attractions within walking distance, but it wasn't as central as I had hoped. Overall, voco has a great concept with its focus on sustainability and unique twists, but a few tweaks could enhance the overall experience. I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

TTamuHorse riding is fabulous, the views and surroundings are amazing and that’s it. Breakfast is very limited. Also we choose quite table far away from people and ended up in the situation that hotel organised a big table for a big noisy family very close to us. Normally when you know that you have a family with 8 more members you have to prepare a table before that allows other guest not to find themselves in this situation. And what is the worst part: check-out. We had international transatlantic flight after check out ant needed only 6 hours more. We were refused to have late check out. EVEN for money. Later I saw that where were a lot of rooms available for this date. They just kicked us out. Have 300+ hotels in my list and the very first time see such inappropriate behaviour.

TTamuNice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
