Booked a classic room and was upgraded to an club room, upgrade is an understatement as stayed in a classic room in the past and was much better than this room. This room was basic. The room was cold and when putting the heater/air conditioning unit on for heat it is so noisy that you can't keep it on over night so woke up a few times shivering. The shower took a long time to heat up and even then it was only warm. This room had no where to put bags without being in the way so only good if you have a small bag. I would of preferred not to have been upgraded to a club room on this occasion as I was so disappointed. Check in took over 10 minutes before being seen considering there were 3 people on reception and again with check out as there was no key drop was asked for room number that I was checking out from but wasn't asked if my stay was good or anything no good customer service. Seems like this hotel has gone down hill compared to my stay about 5 years ago.

Very easy from finding the hotel, checking in and getting to our room. Location is great for main stations plus central London. Onsite food excellent-especially the breakfast but also lots of choice around the hotel also. Staff very welcoming and would definitely recommend a stay here

Had a good stay at Holiday Inn. The room was spacious and comfortable. Called to change the pillow sheet because had stains on it. A big thumb for the staff because they were friendly and helpful. Good location and nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

A minimalist hotel but very zen, the staff were really helpful and the room small but cosy. The design of the hotel is really nice but it’s very basic and you need to make sure you understand the concept.  There is a vending machine to purchase cutlery and other things you might need in the room, there is also a hot drinks machine, which drinks cost £3 and hot water £2. There is a Tesco and a sainsburys a few minutes walk from the hotel. 10 minutes away is the Cutty Sark a high street and Greenwich market and park. The hotel was really quiet even though it was busy.

This hotel is amazingly well located in Canary Wharf. The hotel was well maintained, clean and had lovely decorations for Christmas. The staff were helpful and effective. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was a good size. No complaints. Can't believe it was less than £100 just before Christmas in central London!! Great value. The view of the canal and Canary Wharf was fantastic.

Check in was super smooth and very friendly. The room itself was small, but big enough our needs for the week. The staff were nice, but not very aware of surrounding issues. My son got locked in the downstairs toilets and was screaming and screaming and not one member of staff moved an inch until my wife went looking for him, only then did the staff on reception move to see what was wrong, unfortunately that left a nasty taste in my mouth as it showed me a clear lack of care towards not only customers but to children. The rooms were clean and tidy, it did take 5 nights for the bedsheets / duvet covers to be changed, they were made daily but not swapped for fresh ones. Towels were plentiful and swapped daily tough. The daily breakfast was nice with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals and croissants, They also had a selection of hot food such as sausage, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg and even vegan sausages if you like them. My only complaint was the scrambled egg were not seasoned at all and required quite a lot of extra seasoning. You could also make fresh toast with a selection of different jams and Nutella. And also get fresh coffee, tea or hot chocolate, although each day one of the 2 machines were broken, it seemed to change each day. They also had fresh orange and apple juice, But the machine seemed to be broken quite alot of the time and they provided it in small dispensers, unfortunately these tasted watered down. Overall the room is nice, decent breakfast, pretty good location and the price not that bad but I expected a bit better.

Zedwell Piccadilly offers a cozy environment for a short layover in London. The hotel is situated near Regent St. where much shopping can be done. Access to the Tube is easy with the station located within 3 mins walking distance. Additionally, the hotel is guarded with security so you could reside in peace and security. My only dissatisfaction was the keycards. During my 3D2N stay, I had to reset the keycards for my friends and I 3 times, much to my annoyance. The staff were understanding however, and patiently resets it every time. Other pointers to note: - Breakfast at the hotel is quite limited, offering mainly a croissant, granola bars, and coffee. If you are looking for a heavier meal, feel free to explore the surrounding cafes. One i could recommend within 5 mins walking distance is Caffe Concerto (shown in pic) - Storage of luggage is not free, costing you 15 pounds per piece of luggage

The hotel is located in Heathrow Terminal 4 which is assessable by free shuttle train / free bus. the free shuttle train takes at least 30 minutes to travel from/ to Terminal 3. Also, it operates only from around 5:45 in the morning so you need to take the free bus which takes even longer

Everything is good other than the bed slides away, they have wheel and feels rolling around. The room is small so is the dated toilet, most doors are dated, so gives a noud loise. The lifts were not very sensitive. Breakfast full of options. They were also doing a renovation of carpets which was a bit annoying, and the large amount of rooms means u could walk a bit of distance reaching your room.

A hotel with the perfect location to get to anywhere around London. The bus stop and metro (Bayswater & Queensway) is near the hotel. Halal options are available almost everywhere around the area too. If you are a bit on the bigger side please take note that the shower area is a bit small. Other than that I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back here again!

Got exactly what I paid for. About 10 minutes on the bus from terminal 2. Convenient location and was suitable for me for one night. The breakfast was nice and kept me going most of the day. There was no hassle or problems and check in and check out was quick and easy.

The hotel was very clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere was inviting, and the facilities were well-maintained. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Stayed here a night before a departure from Heathrow T5. The location is excellent, easy to get to by road from the M25 and plenty of parking. The hotel on the outside looked a somewhat run down affair but internally, although it was a little bit tired in places, was certainly clean and comfortable. A good choice of food in the restaurant, served up fresh to order and a nice size bar area to relax in was a bonus. Breakfast was good value and set us up well for our travels. Access to T5 is by the automatic pod service (cost £8.00) which is accessible from a collection point a few minutes walk (flat ie no steps or lifts) from the hotel, this is a 10min, extremely convenient ride straight to T5.

The location is good for the airport. However, the bus from and to the airport runs every 1 hour. That is a downer. Except that i enjoyed the stay.

Had an amazing time while waiting for my flight, they offered an option for a late check out with fee which I find very helpful as some hotels refused to. It is also accessible to airport itself and heathrow central bus terminal which is lovely. I also utilized their room service, the food was amazing! The only downside is the shower area as water is coming out while you’re using it. Definitely will book again in the future

I stayed at Sofitel London Heathrow for a business trip. The location was perfect—close to the conference center and many restaurants. The staff was friendly, but I found the check-in process to be slow. It’s a decent option for business travelers looking for convenience.

Always helpful staff. No significant airplane noise, given that the hotel is very close to a landing path. Good to see that the hotel still has refrigerators in the rooms. Well equipped gym for a smaller hotel. An easily walkable mile from a large Tesco supermarket. Our favorite Heathrow hotel!

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, decent breakfast options. No tea and coffee facilities in the room which is a shame - I’d have murdered a cuppa! Overall very satisfied.

The room was clean and met basic expectations for a budget hotel, which was appreciated. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its convenient location right in front of the bus station, making it very easy to access transportation. Overall, it's a decent option for a short stay if you're looking for affordability and convenience near Heathrow.

Small, modern and clean room. Nice staff. Location was very convenient for Heathrow, No hairdryer in the room, but I received one from reception. Would be happy to stay again.

It a nice purpose build hotel, not far from metro station and shopping of Hounslow suburb. It's easy to find and has a parking and taxi drive through at the main entrance. There are light proof curtains, a comfy bed, breakfast downstairs, maids are not walking in if you press the lights, don't disturb . Very attentive staff, dealing with request in a professional and effective manner. Noise from traffic and airplaines is not an issue, however banging doors and thin floors, can keep awake. To central London is about 1 hour, given the demand for hotels around festive season , this hotel offers good value for money.

Wonderful stay, I may said it is the best hotel I have lived in London. Thank you for arrange us to the highest floor and enjoy a fascinating view in morning. You may go to Heathrow Airport by bus, but there are to many choices for you, so great!

Check in was terrible had me sat there for a long time. I was sat there from 12.45 I no checking isn’t till 2 but I didn’t get my room till 2.35 other people was just walking in and getting checked in I asked they said they forgot about me when I was sat right infront of them

As usual Adagio such a high quality apartments with self catering facilities. I loved my short stay. I did not receive any reply from customer before travelling that was putting me off a bit but service was great when checked in and out. Will surely be there again.

Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

We are completely satisfied and felt very comfortable. A really nice apartment in a prime location.

My 3 night stay at Imperial Guest House was comfortable, affordable and , convenient in terms of closeness to shops and trains ..The staff was always willing to provide assistance. . Rooms were small but it was decent and clean . The bathrooms were clean.

The surroundings of the hotel are very good, and it is also near the subway station. On the day I arrived, the Indian brother at the front desk had some problems. I did not see my order clearly, and said that there was only a single room. I took out the order and showed him There is a MINI double room. The air conditioner in the room is not good. The phone said that the air conditioner was not working. It went on. After half an hour, the room was hot, and the air conditioner turned off automatically.
