Hotel Dengan parkir di Greater London, Inggris Raya

Amazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.

Hotel ini menawarkan nilai yang cukup baik dengan fasilitas standar dan pilihan sarapan yang memuaskan. Namun, saya sangat kecewa dengan protokol pasca-check-out mereka terkait barang yang terlupa. Selama menginap, saya meninggalkan beberapa makanan yang sudah dibuka dan belum dibuka di kulkas kamar. Sayangnya, staf membuang atau menyimpan barang-barang ini tanpa memberi tahu saya—sangat berbeda dengan pengalaman saya baru-baru ini di hotel pedesaan di Liverpool, di mana resepsionis langsung memberi tahu saya tentang parfum yang terlupa. Meskipun kerugian finansial di sini kecil (sekitar £30), kurangnya komunikasi mencerminkan standar layanan pelanggan yang buruk. Very nice staff, very helpful. Breakfast buffet available, and when I needed to leave very early in the morning they provided me some cold food(croissants, muffins, oranges and hot coffee/chocolate). They also provide tooth brush/paste, shaving set, comb when asked at the reception. A couple of minor things: corridors are a bit hard to navigate for me, was not obvious which door leads to elevators, needed to read the signs after getting lost 😅. I am not sure but breakfast seems to be the same every day? On the second day of my stay eggs were not there, but the rest was the same, I guess. I loved the option that you can grab a cup of coffee/chocolate/tea with you to go after you finished your breakfast. Not sure about every room, but mine didn't have a refrigerator, but I remember in my other IHG hotel stay there was one. Also hearing is possible only via air conditioner, and the maximum temperature is regulated, as I understood. Otherwise very neet hotel, clean, friendly.

Rooms are pristine clean, quiet options, non-smoking, and comfy, powerful hot shower 🚿 and delicious breakfast, most tasty ground coffee, fresh orange juice, bargain value for money. Gratitude 🙏

Lovely clean hotel with attentive staff. Our room wasn’t ready for when we checked in so the staff kindly gave us free drinks. Can’t complain will definitely go back!

I would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a great experience overall. The food quality was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of the hotel, with a wide variety of options available. A special mention to Faris, who was very professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was also very friendly and efficient, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free. Mesley in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay — 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

Bahasa Indonesia: Saya mengalami masalah dengan aplikasi untuk memulai dan melewatkan banyak pembaruan dan pemberitahuan, seperti video instruksi 'cara masuk'. Namun, saat tiba mesin kode check-in mandiri tidak berfungsi dengan benar. Saya mencoba beberapa kali hanya untuk alarm yang berbunyi. Yang lain bergabung dengan saya dan juga mencoba kode tersebut tetapi tidak berhasil. Kami mencoba menghubungi nomor telepon yang tercantum tetapi langsung menutup telepon beberapa kali. Kami akhirnya menghubungi nomor 'darurat setelah pukul 9 malam' yang tidak membantu pertama kali, tetapi membantu waktu pengiriman. Begitu masuk, properti itu tidak seperti yang saya harapkan, tetapi podnya nyaman jika tidak sedikit pengap di malam yang hangat. Tapi itu berhasil. Area ini sangat baik, dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki dari Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market, dan stasiun kereta Whitechapel dan Aldgate East. I like the place I am very happy to stay in millennium Hotel location are good public transport are closed close into town and close to Central. I recommend it for all my friend and family to use the millennium hotel.

Saya menginap di hotel ini selama tiga malam (10, 11, dan 12 Juni 2025) selama liburan di Inggris. Proses check-in sangat lancar. Lokasi hotel ini fantastis, karena dekat dengan banyak objek wisata utama di dekat Tepi Selatan Sungai Thames, dan stasiun kereta bawah tanah Blackfriars dan Southwark juga dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki beberapa menit. Kamarnya bersih, tetapi saya tidak yakin mengapa saya diberi ”kamar aksesibel” karena saya tidak ingat pernah memintanya saat melakukan reservasi. Fasilitas dasar tersedia, tetapi tidak ada lemari, loker, dll. Sarapannya enak. Harganya, menurut saya, agak mahal, mengingat fasilitas yang tersedia. Akan menginap di sana lagi, mengingat lokasinya.
