Late at night, we told each other that it would be too inconvenient, so we decided to sleep without the toilet outlet. In the space where they cook omelets on the spot, the staff was kind, but it was disappointing that they put eggshells and plastic gloves together and cooked them. While waiting for the elevator, a staff member came out of the stairwell door and kicked the door open with his foot, which surprised me. He just looked at his phone and walked past us, which didn't look good. I also saw a Mega Coffee takeout cup on the reception desk, so I thought that they lacked service detail training. I definitely went into the lounge during dinner time, but there was no staff member and no guidance. I don't know if the staff member came to take our order or went to the table to take our order, but we went to the desk to order, and the staff member came to the table next to us to take our order. The makgeolli was delicious. Compared to the hotels in the area, the exterior of the building definitely looks the most luxurious and clean, so if you want to stop by and stay in a clean hotel, I recommend it, but if you come expecting something because of the name Shilla, you'll probably be disappointed. It's still early days, so I guess the manual hasn't been established yet, but it'll get better with time.

Hotel location is superb - right smack in the middle of all those short hanok houses, giving a wonderful and fabulous hanok view as promised by the room. Why go to expensive rooftop cafes to get the view when you can just wake up to it?? An excellent and cost-effective place to stay if you want to be near all the hanok attractions but don't want to sleep on thin tatami mats on the hard wooden floors!

Every time I go to Jeonju, I would choose to stay at N Bridge Hotel. Location is good either I drive or not, there is a parking lot underneath the building and you can park outside the hotel on the side of the road. Public transport is just around the corner as well. Usually the room is clean, however this time one of the cups was not - no lipstick mark please. Comfortable bed - I like hard one - crispy sheet and blanket. Staffs are very friendly, willing to help always. This time, I found they do have kinds of breakfast- you need to order earlier which is less favourable - and limited room service menu as well. Cafe downstairs are open from 8am which was disappointed, but overall, satisfied. Hotel provides you 10% discount coupon for the coffee. Benefit of staying at 5th floor was I could overlook at hanok village cross the little river, and was always peaceful and beautiful. Some of the rooms have the whirlpool spa bath, some of them have no bath, indeed you have to be careful when you select the room. - mine was no bath when I got the key, and had to go down again to upgrade room with extra cost.

A very pleasant hotel. Rooms good sized and actually had a gaming set-up. Its a little far from bus station but close to train station. Breakfast offered during week but as no restaurant you collect and take it up to your room. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and bars around. Hanok Village is about 3.5km away and there is a lake nearby for walking around too.

My parents made a reservation for the stay, and they said the facilities and view were all good! However, the front desk staff was surprised and asked where I got it because it was too expensive. This hotel has 0 pools. The advertised 3 pools are nonexistent. They have no working bathhouse or sauna. The hotel gym space is lack luster. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very nice. It's right next to the bus stop for the GSCO convention center. A couple good coffee spots close by and a 24/7 convenience store right outside hotel entrance. I repeat: there are 0 pools on this property.

I stayed at a hotel close to Seonyudo. The parking lot is small, but you can guide me to the open space right next to and in front of me. The location is really the best because it is right in front of the Chaesok River in Gyeoppo Beach. I really like the subtle aroma in the lobby. Overall, it is neatly maintained. The bed is a queen bed, so it seems a bit small and the bedding is a bit uncomfortable.

Extended my stay. Front desk are so helpful to keep me in the same room. Very clean and tidy room. Front desk is super helpful and caring. Room is warm, comfy with big screen TV. Sufficient water and towels are provided everyday. The hotel is located very near to Buan Bus Terminal. Will definitely stay here again if i go to Buan.
