A beautiful hotel that feels like winning a lottery. The location is right at the entrance of the old city, but don't worry, it's not noisy at all. The room is super beautiful and the breakfast is delicious, especially the freshly made yogurt and fruit yogurt every day. The British blood sausage in the hot food area is very similar to ********* rice sausage. It is fried super crispy and delicious. The poached eggs and fried mushrooms are also delicious, and the bread is also fascinating. Mint lemonade is always available in the lobby. It is a wonderful hotel that I will definitely visit again.

Beautiful place to stay. The hotel itself is an old type of classic style, the rooms are renowned and modern. Lovely food, live music on Fridays night. The Jacuzzi and the very pleasant pool are definitely worth visiting.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Rooms need modern touches like USB ports. Breakfast quality is average.

Absolutely fantastic time. The room was very spacious, the bed was really big and comfortable too. Jesus at the restaurant was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Plenty parking spaces. Taxi into town between 7-10euro. I would definitely recommend getting the breakfast, they have fantastic choices, everything was delicious . I will definitely come back to this hotel. Galway is absolutely amazing too, maybe a 15min walk into centre, but taxi was cheap so that's how we travelled.

The location is very good, just a few steps away from the city center and the park The room is very clean and very large, and the facilities are very new and perfect The room service is very good. I asked for a sewing kit and it was delivered within five minutes.

Nice hotel, But I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathtub. When I added hot water to the bathtub, a lot of dust and even a hair came out. I had to wash and rinse the tub several times to get it clean. I understand that hotel service is low in Ireland, but this is a 4-star hotel. The price for rooms is high for Europe. It would be great, at least nice to clean. Breakfast was great, delicious.

Very convenient, clean, good service

This is a wonderful Hotel. We are getting married and had our reception dinner there as well as put family up there for the night. The service, staff, food and facilities were great. Will most certainly recommend this place to anyone.

The location is very convenient. We just need to drive 6 mins to Latin Quarter. The room is in good size. The breakfast is very good. Have ppl serving u the hot food. I am very happy with the stay.
