The hotel is OK. The restuarant is an absolute disaster. When I raised this with staff I was told "sorry they are training". Training? Training in what I wonder. Feeding pigs? Do yourself a favour. Do not eat dinner here. This management team could and should learn a lot from Premier Inn

Lovely clean comfortable room. warm and inviting. Staff are friendly Quiet Accommodation. I would stay again. Certainly handy for city and in walking distance of public transport. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room are handy for a cup of tea and coffee in the morning for the get up and go. Thanks for a great stay.

We planned to visit both Galway city and the Cliffs of Moher so we needed a nice, affordable place to overnight in. The hotel was very clean, not too far from the city centre, and situated very near to bus stops. The staff were caring and accommodating and the check-in process was so friendly and smooth. The rooms were very clean and had all we needed for an overnight stay. Would definitely stay here again should I visit Galway again someday.

A very enjoyable stay with the hotel so close to the city , it was very reasonable and perfect for the night out we had. Hotel is clean and exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend and will stay again

Didn't find it up to hotel standards especially the bathroom , was filthy all over the shower wall covered in hair and room was very cold and some things not catered for couple sharing , there was some noise which was to be expected was easy enough though to get to town centre

The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. There was a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the hotel with a regular service into town. The hotel room we had had two double beds and was well equipped for a pleasant stay. We had the onsite breakfast which had plenty of choice. We would stay here again.
