Hotel ini terletak dengan baik dengan Maccies di sebelahnya dan toko-toko lainnya. Kamarnya rapi tetapi seprainya sepertinya tidak segar. Kamar mandi memiliki kepala pancuran yang rusak dan ubin lantai yang retak. Staf hadir dan ramah, tenang di malam hari. Secara keseluruhan tidak terlalu buruk untuk harga yang Anda bayar.

As it’s a motorway services hotel, location although convenient, bit noisy and busy.

I checked in for 1 night. Very col, located just at a motorway service area. There's macdonalds just around the corner. They have ample parking space, the staff was helpful.

We used to live this hotel since December 2023. This time during our stay the bathroom curtain was very stingy and it’s bad smell spread all over the room. The staff and other facilities are always good. If they take little more care of cleanliness then it would be commendable.

Not very good condition bedding was good comfortable but broken door stinks shower curtain corridor carpet is in worst condition prices of stay is now very expensive then a month ago so I booked other hotel as they are much cheaper quality and facilities are better. But all the staff was excellent friendly cooperative

Needed convenient stopping point from Surrey to Chestefield, one night, for a funeral. Location ideal. Despite proximity to M1 itself, road noise was not excessive. Receptionist was really welcoming; gave me a choccie bar and bottle of water. You can stroll to the services for Mcdonald's or Costa - and WH Smith etc, (if open). . The overall decor is a bit 'tired' but everything was clean, bed fresh, coffee/tea facilities. Would have preferred the radio to be fitted by the bedside not table across the room (!). Freeview TV quite adequate for one night........ Bedroom was huge (guess it would double up as a family room at times) - and possibly I could have taken my dog with me, in which case the extra space was great. For functionality cannot fault.

Very limited choice of open food outlets in service area post 20.30. Toilet flush system leaking but in general room ok and bed firm good night sleep.

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was very tired and had a few areas that needed attention I.e. the shower head sprayed everywhere and there was no hand wash left in the bathroom. The main problem we had however was with noise and security! The walls are so thin you can hear people talking. Someone also tried to get into our room using a key but failed but then at around 1am, a guest entered out room via an adjoining room! She apologised and left very quickly but that left me on high alert all night so got very little sleep! Not sure I’d stay in a Days Inn again!
