A hotel with a Great location and nice city view. Spacious room incl. separate living room and a large balcony. On site laundry and (paid) parking available. Downside was that AC temperature cannot be controlled from the room panel, you need to contact everyone/ (several) time(s) the reception for this.

This hotel is located in Broad beach south(No.777 bus from airport arrives at tram station) and thete is shopping mall near hotel. About this hotel it is comfortable to stay with facility and goog view.I have a choice to swim at pool(6th floor) or on the beach 5min walk from hotel.

On the day of our check-in, due to a shortage of beds, the hotel did not provide us with the King bed we had booked and instead gave us a Queen bed. The next day, when we requested a King bed again, they required us to pay a cleaning fee to switch room. The room’s carpet and sofa were covered with many stains! The front desk staff generally lacked professionalism. As our room was on a high floor, there were two nights when it seemed like there was a draft, creating unsettling noises. We requested the apartment to send someone to inspect it, but the hotel informed us that the apartment did not have professional maintenance staff. Not only did he leaves work at 5 PM, but the so-called maintenance personnel was actually a security guard. However, there were some positives, such as being in one of the tallest apartments and having a good location.

Exceptional front desk customer service. Very clean and modern. Can be noisy from trains and inconsiderate guests. Only feedback would be that beds should be made for guests for the current prices, incredibly hard to make the top bunk beds with the current bed fitouts..it’s a shame that the hostel accommodation price is nearly double to what it should be.

Good place to stay for one or two days. There is no window in a room. The kitchen is quite small. There is AC in the room, bathroom. I had a nice stay. It's next to the train station, city center.

Firstly, the room was excellent, ultra clean with bath and shower. The sheets were exemplary, bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Bar fridge and microwave, toiletries in the bathroom. Towels excellent. Airconditioning excellent. I was excited to see a very large, modern wide screen TV with onboard Android system. Disappointed that no internet connection (so I could have used my own passwords for my streaming services. Even more disappointed that there was no aerial connected, but I had brought my own tech and internet. I just switched off the TV. Imagine my extreme displeasure to board the 3rd floor lift at 05:00 to have the doors closed - but no button worked! I WAS TRAPPED IN THE LIFT!!! I pressed the yellow emergency button for 5 seconds - no answer - pressed multiple times. I phoned the hotel main number, so they could press the lift call button - no answer. I phoned the 24/7 emergency 1300 number. The operator said she would send someone out - who would phone me with an ETA. Getting anxious, being 60 years old with a heart condition, I dialled 000 to call the POLICE! The dispatcher commended me on remaining so calm. I assured her, being very hot in cramped spaces with very little air was definitely not conducive to my remaining calm. They said to call 000 back if I got out before the fire brigade arrived. Five minutes later I heard voices outside. Someone heard my banging on the lift doors and cries for help. I GOT OUT That night the guy on reception said sorry. I explained that, although the room was marvelous - and that I did eventually get out, a man of my age and I'll health could have died - why wasn't anyone on duty to answer the damn lift emergency phone? He said he was sorry.

The location is unbeatable. Staying inside means you can save up the hassle of going up to the 72/F lookout. It is 2 blocks from the busiest area of Surfers’ Paradise which means it is convenient yet quiet enough. The view from the room is gorgeous. Free parking is available. The only problem we encountered was I was being charged $10 extra for asking for a replacement set of bedsheets as they were dirty. I reflected this to the manager upon check out but wasn’t addressed. I will give a 4 out of 5 for my stay with families here.

Nearby hotels, which are cheaper, offer a lot more amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, sink, clock, and charging ports. These small features can make a big difference in the overall experience.

This hotel has a good location. Approximately 3 minute walk from tarin station. We booked the high floor balcony room for a night stay and it was good! The view from the balcony is fantastic. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The staff are great and accommodating. The shower has good pressure. The shower hose is too high, good for tall people. However, the parking area is terrible. Overall, it is great!

Friendly and helpful staffs. Clean room and excellent shampoo and conditioner. Great location, easy access malls and centralised. Will come back again if we are going Brisbane.

It is an elegant hotel and the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Bertz for helping us out on transportation around Brisbane city. The hotel room was designed beautifully with the gold and white colour tone. It’s also quite spacious and well-cleaned by housekeeping.

We stayed here to visit families in Brisbane. Lovely staff, clean environment, breakfast included. The hotel is just a short 10-min walk to the CBD, perfect for Boxing Day shopping.

The room is relatively simple, not as good as the 80 yuan budget hotel in China. The hygiene is average. The transportation is not very convenient. It is not far from the Story Bridge, but you can take a free ferry to the city center on the other side. Although the accommodation conditions are not ideal, the boss's service is very thoughtful. He will try his best to help solve the problem if you make a request, and he will also patiently tell you the transportation situation. Very kind!

If you want close to the airport, this hotel is a hop and a skip away. The room was comfortable, clean and new-ish. One con: the bathroom mirror was so high I could only see the top of my head and there was no other mirror in the room! Also shame the rooftop bar was closed. Only dining and bar option is poolside. Out of the way from shops if you don’t have a car. Ok for an overnighter if you have an early flight.

The location is awesome, you will not regret that. Even if we did not spend that much time in the room view of the city and the beach was stunning. Friendly staff. The only problem was about the pool, my husband saw a dead cockroach in the pool floating and another one just in front of the hot tub.

Highly recommend splurging on the ocean suites for scarcely-believable views of the ocean, of the sunrise, the Esplanade and even ocean wildlife. From our 75th floor view, we were able to spot humpback whales early in the morning. The suites are basically fully-equipped apartments with washer/dryers, full kitchens and two full baths. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub on the fifth floor are a great place to watch the sunset. Perhaps having a staff member in the indoor pool area to prevent kids from jumping around in the indoor hot tub would have allowed adults to relax in there. The Castaway coffee shop on the street level is a great place for breakfast and coffee, and the independent Italian restaurant on the second floor is excellent as well. Would return and recommend. The only recommendation is for the hotel to provide power adapters to international guests. All other 5-Star hotels in the area readily provide these.

Although several people stayed in the room, it was very clean, people were friendly and the staff too. Highly recommended.

We stayed with two children overnight after day at Dreamworld. The kids loved the pool, tennis court and being less crowded and noisy than central area of Gold Coast. I was grateful to all the staff who were accommodating to all our needs like last minute extra bed, pool use after check out. The in room dining was prompt and tasty after a big day. Buffet breakfast was great selection and fresh.

Convenient location directly connected to shopping mall with a supermarket at the basement and direct link via the shopping mall to the beach. Hotel is a bit worn out but still serviceable, only problems are lights are not bright enough and there is only rain shower and no shower head for the bathroom.

The location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life. Great rooms on the 22nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious for up to 3/4 people. The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests. I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests. The check-in and check-out process was great, made conveniently for guests and staff, there's no long cues at the reception👍🏾 We'll definitely be returning.

This hotel offers good value and is conveniently located near Cavill Avenue, the heart of Surfers Paradise. While the room felt a bit dated, it was still clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the balcony with a lovely river view was a nice bonus.

Awesome hotel, best in gold coast in terms of facilities. Recommend to anyone who wants a luxury stay.
