Hotel Dengan Kolam Renang di Hessen, Jerman

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.  Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable.  We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.

Wir waren auf der Rückfahrt aus dem Urlaub und wollten abends in einem besonderen Restaurant essen und danach nicht bis nach Hause fahren.  Gesucht haben wir ein Hotel mit Pool und da sticht das Best Western Plus ins Auge.  Der Preis mit 72€ ist kaum zu schlagen und daher haben wir gebucht. Im Auto las meine Frau dann Bewertungen und hoffte das die sich nicht bewahrheiten, denn auf ein lautes und schmutziges Zimmer hatte sie keine Lust.  Als wir ankamen sah es von außen vollkommen ok aus und drinnen wie ein typisches 4 Sterne Business Hotel. Der Empfang war nett und kompetent, wir wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass die Standardzimmer zur Bahnstrecke ( die verläuft direkt hinter dem Hotel) liegen, was uns aber nicht stört. Das Parken im Parkhaus ist mit 18€ vollkommen ok und ja schon fast günstig. Ein vorab gestellter Wunsch so hoch wie möglich und so weit weg wie möglich vom Fahrstuhl wurde zu 100% entsprochen und wir bekamen das letzte Zimmer (745) im Flur und in der 7 Etage 👍 Das Zimmer war penibel sauber, und sah wirklich toll, fast neu aus.  Dann schnell umgezogen und in die 8 Etage wo der Pool und der Wellnessbereich liegt.  Es war auch dort alles ohne Beanstandung, der ganze Wellnessbereich wirkte neu und da niemand da war, konnten wir uns austoben und hatten den großen Pool und die Sauna Bereich für uns.  Es gibt an diesem Hotel nichts aber auch nichts zu meckern. Wir können die zum Teil schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen🤔  Wenn ich ein Hotel an einer Bahnverbindung auswähle, darf ich mich nicht wundern, wenn Züge fahren🤔  Klar ist es lauter aber mit geschlossenem Fenster locker zu Händeln und wer mag, nimmt eben ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite. Wir wurden direkt darüber informiert und hätten wechseln können, der Mitarbeiter war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Für mich ist dieses Hotel eine klare Empfehlung

Berbeda sekali dengan hotel di Munich kali ini, tata letak jaringan hotel bintang lima modern sangat besar, ruang tamunya sangat luas, dan resepsionis di meja depan sangat ramah! Dia juga menunjukkan kepada kami beberapa kata dalam bahasa Mandarin dan memuji bahasa Mandarinnya yang sangat bagus, namun dia sangat pemalu dan mengatakan bahwa bahasa Mandarinnya tidak begitu bagus. Sedikit kekurangan: colokan di bak mandi bocor air, dan hilang setelah mandi. Pembersihan kamar setiap hari sangat tidak memadai. Perbekalan yang disediakan hanya sandal (dua pasang diberikan pada hari pertama, dan tidak ada yang baru yang diberikan, dan suatu hari satu pasang diambil tanpa alasan? Saya harus bertanya lagi) dan kapas + set kikir kuku .Grup. Tidak ada sikat gigi, pasta gigi, pisau cukur, atau bahkan topi mandi. Selain itu minibarnya tidak tahu apakah itu masalah komunikasi dengan Ctrip, Ctrip bilang gratis, tapi sebenarnya saya tidak tahu apakah tanda hotelnya gratis untuk putaran pertama? Karena saya tidak pernah mengisinya kembali, dan saya menulis pesan dan meninggalkan tip tetapi saya tidak mengisinya kembali (tetapi saya memberikannya kepada Anda jika Anda meminta topi mandi)

В целом, хорошая 4. Номер был с панорамным видом и вид прекрасный. Номера немного уставшие, рваная обивка кровати, не свежие ковры, чуть подраная обивка у кресел. Очень вежливый и доброжелательный ресепшн. Завтраки на хорошую 4.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus (sangat dekat dengan pasar) dan sangat bersih. Fasilitas hotelnya sendiri lumayan, tetapi agak ketinggalan zaman. Saya akan merekomendasikannya untuk pelancong bisnis, tetapi mungkin tidak untuk pelancong rekreasi.

For a room over €200 per night and rated 4 star, we expected the bathroom to have at least more than just a 3in1 shower gel. Wi-Fi did not work too until issue was brought up to reception, which only an additional set up instruction was given. Pillow was typical cheap with no support kinda German pillow. Unfortunately, we were allocated a room with adjoining balcony whereby cigarette smoke entered the room. Breakfast was good but staff were clearly not well trained. We like the complimentary waffles provided during our stay, but only when we step into restaurant and the staff asked if we’d like some. During check in, this info was communicated to the guest before us but not too us. Very inconsistent.

The hotel is well located - 10 minutes by taxi after getting out from Frankfurt (M) Flughafen Fernbf. It is an ideal selection for one night before a long distance flight the next day. And there are also shuttle buses between the hotel and the airport. The room is nicely organized and their restaurant also offers dinner, which is very comfortable especially when arriving late and tired. They also have sauna and pool if I look in the elevator (but I didn't have the time to try yet). Their staff can speak perfect English which is quite convenient for persons like me who know only very limited German. Overall, it is a good choice from my point of view.

The Location next to the River is stunning and I enjoyed walking around, watching birds, the apartment had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a really nice balcony. I did not use the SPA but it looked really nice on pictures and from the outside. I also really liked the swings on the balcony. The bathtubs is also really comfy. The only things they could improve would be a hair dryer (which I might have missed), hangars for the wardrobe and maybe a different soap. I travelled by car, there waa sufficient parking space, if you park on the premises it costs 10€, if you park upstairs at the main road it is for free.

Huge room with washing machine/dryer in the room. A decent size kitchen with all the amenities available. There is a dining table and a small living room, and a working desk at the corner. Views from the balcony!!!!! It’s basically an apartment that can easily fit a small family for a 4-7days trip. Reception was extremely helpful and always a smile on his face. Restaurant is not big but offered me a wide selection of foods for breakfast
